        Hanging-Knee-Raises (10,9,8,7,6)
        Lying-Leg-Raises (17,17,17,17,17)


        The workout felt good and the exercises went very smooth. Hanging Knee Raises were also great, but I noticed that the difficult part is not "the raises of the knee" but rather the "grip with my hands". I did the knee-raises slow and controlled with a minor hold in the top position, therefore it took a bit time to do them - therefore it was hard to maintain the grip, but I did it, nonetheless: I hope it gets better with time and my grip gets stronger.

          Very good TheLibrarian . With hanging leg raises grip can become the most important hurdle. Try to invert the flat abs exercises with the hanging one to pre tire your abs.... So you might find the exercise more challenging..

            Thanks for the hint xingyiquan ! Will try your approach with changing the exercises (1. pull-up, 2. lying leg raises, 3. hanging knee raises) in the upcoming week. The idea of pre-tiring the muscles sounds great. And another aspect which now comes to my mind: when I do the hanging-ab-exercise last, and not directly after the pull-up and put the lying-ab-exercise inbetween, my grip might get better as well and lasts longer because of the "extra-rest" for the hands - lets try it out!

              True, I didn't think of that but you are right. Grip building is long so be patient with yourself while finding ways to build up around it

                nice and sweaty workout Again: superset with 1 min rest inbewteen.

                not a long weekend afterall - I totally forgot that I have weekend-duty at work on the morrow - but that´s not bad, this "service" goes by very fast, especially when I have duty with another fellow bee.
                And on sunday: "rondel-dagger-seminar"

                      Historical-Fencing: "Scheibendolch - Seminar" (rondel dagger)

                      Today I had my first seminar

                      it was awesome - I am in love with the rondel-dagger! It is a really deadly combination of a weapon and wrestling. It was a great time - 6 hours working-out and learning lots of stuff. For the future it is planned to do the rondel-dagger on a weekly-basis - really looking forward to that day. The seminar was well balanced and planned - I really enjoyed the work with the dagger.

                      My right arm also has a lots of bruises - have to look how far I can go this week with my workouts ... lets see what the next day says I need some good protectors for the future

                              Rest by Burpees - Well, desperate times call for desperate measures! right?

                              and you know what? I don´t have to dodge them all - 5 will always suffice to throw 10 in your direction I do a calculated rest-by-burpees

                                Still enjoying my rest-week followed by a few burpees in the evening ... not too much of course, but better then nothing - and I don´t have to dodge them all, only enough for bee927589452 littlebumblebee and some other special bees. My arm is healing nicely so far, still not perfect, but I think next week will be better. Until then: Have a nice day bees!
