inbetween the tape I got is a special one - it is made by ducks ...

I read that too - concerning the shoes. But I am not sure about it, because i have some orthopedist-inlays, well, who knows, on wednesday we will know more! I read a lot the last few weeks - and I hope not the half is true
Of course I share the information - and if someone wants some hip-pain - I share that too - not that I will be called an egoist

Thanks for pointing out this particularly workout. I found it too in the database - but I will wait till wednesday, not that some exercises makes it worse. I think my foam rolling and stretching was also a bad idea, therefore I stopped it too ... but probably that was wrong too and I should have sticked to it ... two more days, then the wisdom comes you probybly know the saying: "Damned if you do, damned if you don´t"!

We only have our cheerfulness - we can´t change it, right! Therefore there is only one way: forward! but nonetheless a minor part of me is like: but this part must not win! As Gandalf said: "you shall not pass"

I finish almost all of my runs with Iron Bar Advanced plus some quick stretching So I totally know what you mean, it strengthens the tendons a lot and adds stability, I know I love the workouts you mention, as well as P.S. and other similar.

And no, I don't have problems in general, I didn't explain it well, sorry. It's only lately that I have been experiencing this, and I think it's at least partially related to wearing the wrong kind of summer footwear... I am working on finding the right type for me right now.

And yes, the root of the problem seems to be located in the foot and its different construction caused by a veeery old injury, but anything funky happening in the feet can translate into knee or hip pain, unfortunately, as this is all connected...

Can I just stick to cheerfulness and information?

Yes, I have this ongoing battle, too, despair vs. hope, and luckily the latter wins in both of us

Your morning workout sounds excellent but..only 2 coffees? I think you are slacking.

idk if it would help keep you cheerful ir not, but.. if you are the type who feels agressive when frustrated/waiting, the "I aim to misbehave" workout is nice, just punches and pushups, so no leg bothering.

Cabriel Thanks! you should try the workout too - it works every muscle-group

'rin you are probably right about the coffee but I did a "coffee-post-workout" at work - I think I caught up in the end - but I promise improvement for the morrow

The suggested workout sounds promising - something to dedicate to the Pushers ...

I aim to misbehave --- one of my old time favorites... great workout in less than 15 minutes you get a nice upperbody rush... As a variation you can increase the punches to 100 which is nice too or try my super sayaian version of it 10 sets with 100 punches... nice and funny and still around half an hour so that you can do it even twice in an hour... One of the aspect I loved with this is that it makes no noise at all and I used to practice it when I had to put my son to bed and he needed me to stay there to sleep in...

ok, theLibrarian is still "offline" ... I have a "Bursitis trochanterica". It is most likely caused by the running part I implemented in my workouts. At least this is the assumption, because running is the one key-element I changed in my workout routine. My orthopedist also found a minor "leg-length-inequality". So that means I won two times in the lottery, right? well, at least I have my humour left. I already have some "orthopedic-inlays" - now I have to go to the medical-house (appointment on the morrow) and have to raise my inlays there - about 3mm on the right side - well, its my "chocolate-side" after all - haha - This is not much. But my orthopedist said I should try it if it works out for me, to relive some pressure on the other leg.
Haven´t had any problems until now ... but he also said that many people have that kind of thing with the leg-length, but it is not often diagnosed, because you probably don´t notice it ... unless you do some exercises really extrem, or increase some exercises (i.e. from short runs / sprints to middle runs and so on) - as in my case: the running-thing ...
I also got some pills - mmhhhh, tasty ... but unfortunately its not as in Matrix (red or blue pill ...)

long story short: I have to stop my exercises till my bursitis is taken care off, then I can return, and for the beginning probably without running ...

I'm sorry to hear that, Libro. You're in good company with your odd legs though. Well, you're in company with me anyway. I broke a leg when I was younger and the one that got broken is a bit longer. I only fall over a few dozen times a day now.

Are you allowed to do non-leg things?

I hope your next appointment is helpful and you're on the mend soon. x

                              So does Anton.
