its open till 22:00 - and it ends with a "poetry-slam" if you are interested ... just hurry up ... and there is more food, I only can post 5 pictures per post
But I know what you mean - I can stop if you like? no more food-porn-pictures for the future?
I was thinking more of you sending it my way in a box... I've never been to a poetry slam but have always thought they look interesting so I hope you enjoy that And I'm pretty sure you'll have some angry bees if you don't post pics!

can´t find a stamp
poetry slams are great! If you find one near you - give it a try! We won´t watch the poetry slam later on, too late today! but next time - the food has to suffice for today
ok, before I have riot of angry bees at my hand - will continue posting pictures from time to time
SimonB just for you - TheLibrarian´s Log - 24.07.2017:
well-balanced and smooth wake-up routine. The routine has the following steps involved:
1. "The-Turtle-Moves" (trying to get up, falling back on your back, try again, ..., after 10 repetitions I conquered the wake-up call) 2. "The-Disguised-Man" (putting on my clothes - then putting on the clothes the right way) 3. "Zombie-Walk" (scuffle through the flat, back and forth, opening windows for fresh air, and after that: finally reaching my destination: the kitchen) 4. "The-Addicted-One" (extrem underarm training. pouring coffe into the mug, and then slowly and controlled movements up and down again - trying not to shake and spill - then another mug for the other arm) 5. "The-Greedy-Abs" (bread, oats, cheese, sausage, the whole program - because we want to train all the abs, right?) 6. "The-Pusher" (50 push-ups in one go - then I noticed I already have that badge)
I don't remember where you mentioned it the first time, what are you visiting the orthopedist for?
I am not quite sure myself wether and where I mentioned it ...
my hip hurts a bit - but only one-sided (left). It also radiates a bit in the direction of the knee, depending on the movements. There is also a "dull sound" depending on the movement and the pressure applied to it and some kind of feeling of some "jumping tendon" or something like that if you get my drift - difficult to explain ... But therefore I stopped completely, better safe then sorry, and hopefully I get a diagnose on wednesday to work on ... It first occured after my running sessions - so I think it is something related to running ... I was really lucky to got an early appointment - only 2 weeks of waiting ... normally the waiting is somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks ...
but nonetheless, it really sucks!
ps.: thanks - I am really proud of my new trainings-plan! Took me a long time planning it
You mean duct tape but I also like to call it duck tape
I see we're dealing with a similar thing, something funky happening to leg after cardio, in my case it was also caused by the wrong kind of shoes... it sure stinks when you want to work out but cannot do exactly what you want.
Oh, I don't know how about you, but I found this workout to be safe and even beneficial in such cases:
but maybe it would be too hard on your hip, so feel free to ignore me
Please share with us what your orthopedist tells you, I am really curious as it may help me as well... if it's not a problem, of course!
And I have to say I really admire your cheerfulness and try to adopt the same attitude. Going down won't help us, will it?
I thought your problems were located more in the foot, but now that you say you have leg problems after cardio, inbetween: Have you ever tried the Post-Cardio Cooldown or even Iron Bar after cardio? It does prevent me from getting knee pain, maybe it might help you too. I also do the Footwork workout after, if my ankle feels funky.
