    Definitely need to work on slaying dragons The workout felt either like too much alcoholic beverage or like I was on a ship. Funny, but definitely something to work on in the future (one arm climbers) - perhaps I did them too fast? well, probably not, otherwise it would be slow climbers, right? I will call it a day, it was a very busy one so far and I just need to do ... nothing for the rest of the day

            Today was a very busy day and also filled with a lot of annoying people ... but fortunately I have also great and lovely colleagues too - the day was saved in the end.

            Fighter´s Club was exactly what I was looking for today. Weekend is almost there .... tomorrow ...

                        It was a really nice day, we walked a lot, did our chores at home and the grocery shopping, spend some nice time in the garden working, because, winter is coming my friends

                        I am trying on logging differnt things as well, because fitness related this check-in helps me on a really awesome way. So, perhaps it helps me in other ways too. Let´s find out. To be continued ...
