Nothing on Wednesday and Thursday. Felt sick and had a headache.
10.05.2019 - FRIDAY
Morning push ups: 30+20+15; 1:30 rest (65)
3 pull ups
PT Pyramid without pull ups: to 10th set and back - 200 push ups; 300 sit ups+200s elbow planks

Had a translation exam on Thursday/Friday. So.... the exam season has officially begun.
But on the bright side, I convinced my boyfriend to come with me to the beach to try out some pull ups. I took away the metal cast and did a few just to test everything out. All seems to be okay, except for the arms. I need to get the strength back. The finger is healing well, I guess. I'll go to the doctor on 24th of May to see if it's healed. But I can do push ups.
So I did 265 yesterday
And the finger didn't say a word, so I can start my push up training to get strength back to my arms
I think when it comes to the point that I can start doing pull ups again, the problem is not the broken spot but the joints that have been locked into one position for a month. The most problematic thing will be to get them moving and strong enough again and get the grip strength back.
