    01.05.2019 - WEDNESDAY

    Concrete Core - lvl. 3 - 1 minute rest
    50 + 50 crunches; 1 minute rest
a few one hand push ups throughout the day
    around 15 V-ups and 30 squats

    ---

I was going mad with not getting to work out so I did at least something. I guess I will be focusing on my abs until I can do pull ups again, but I'll try to find a way to safely train my upper body. One hand push ups is one way I could theoretically do tricep dips or even normal dips. I have some ideas. But I also have to focus on studying right now. Exam season starts next week and since I was as stupid as the previous semester, then I will probably have to study a whole fricking course in the span of a few weeks. But I have made it this far, so

It's a good opportunity to work on your back muscles too. Upper and lower, that should help with pull ups when you're better.
      Healing vibes again

Gandhalfit Thanks Pull ups already made my back almost into a shield, but only the upper back. But I'll keep that in mind I think I will train my back and abs and to some extent legs, then.

              05.05.2019 - SUNDAY

              Tricep Dips Challenge Day 1
Abs & Core Challenge Day 1
              10 000 Crunches Challenge Day 1
              Flexibility Challenge Day 1
              Sally up: Supermans (whole song)
              one hand push up
              some random messing around

              ---

You know what happened yesterday? I was supposed to go home by bus and so I went a bit early and thought, "Hey! Great! The bus is already waiting!". I showed my ticket, got on and started to do my own stuff. Bus left the station and suddenly I realized that we left 15 minutes early. Me, not able to put 1 and 1 together, thought, "okay, glad I made it early, then.". Then the bus turned to the opposite direction of where it should have gone. My brain, starting to work on adding 1 and a 1 and another 1 together, finally realized that "wait, am I on the wrong bus?". The moment I finally realized my mistake and got off, I was 2,2km away from the bus station and the bus was to leave in 10 minutes. Luckily, Maly was supposed to go with the same bus so she held the bus for extra five minutes, while I ran like a crazy person. I got there in 16 minutes. And felt like dying. The bus drivers of both of the buses were luckily very understanding. So yeah, I need to work on my running.

Yesterday evening I spent a good two hours figuring out how to continue my training. Until 26.05 I'll be doing Tricep Dips Challenge, Abs & Core Challenge, 10 000 Crunches Challenge, Flexibility Challenge, Sally up: Supermans, Hardback, Upper Body Tendon Strength, with the occasional Concrete Core. This would be until my finger should be healed. From there to 16.06 (aka until the end of my exam season) I will finish the started challenges and continue my training the old way, aka with the addition of Armstrong pull up program, Push up Master challenge, straight bar/tricep/normal dips, military ab & push up training, wall handstand practice, Flex Hang+negative pull up+deadhang challenge, Upper and lower body tendon strength, the smiter and brutal abs and some stretching. This period will prepare me for the next. 17.06-28.07 will be my intensive training session (if everything goes according to plan), which would ideally consist of 3 training sessions per day (morning - push ups and yoga-like thing, day - bodyweight/weight training, evening - skill training). I haven't yet planned out every day of the last period, but I have a rough idea. And it will include running.

              See ya!

I think 2k in 16 minutes is reasonable, especially of you have other stuff. And it happened to me too but in a big-ish city it's no big deal

Gandhalfit I checked my previous running logs and I ran around the same speed as I did then, with a backpack, so I am even quite okay with it In my country the bus drivers are usually even on normal occasions quite grumpy, so I was happy I happened to drive with these two.

                    ---

Doing everything slowly and controlled. But the finger started stinging a bit, like a little thorn. I felt nothing before. I wish I'd get to see how it heals every day so I'd know when I do something wrong. But it felt great to do something.

I've been casually watching game of thrones from the beginning, maybe missing an episode or a season between, I've read the books, too. Now, I watched the third episode of season 8. It was amazing. I think it is one of my favourite episodes of all the movie stuff now. Those of you who've seen it, what do you think?

I didn't like it. It wasn't the best battle they had and the ending was... meh. It definitely had its moments - especially when
the Dothraki went into battle (WHO GIVES CAVALRY INTO THE FIRST WAVE, SERIOUSLY!?) and their swords where extinguished one by one - amazing scene!)
I'm disappointed with this season so far.

You could always count on writing at the beginning of the series. Then came money and you could count on both writing and action. But last 2 or 3 seasons there is no writing visible and only action, which was fine by me. This season doesn't have neither the good writing, nor the action. It's boring!

GOT wise- I've watched the 1st series, got super exited, started reading the books, went back to the season 2, got really annoyed, contiued reading 4th and 5th books, heard what went on with season 3, got really mad, waited for ever for book 6... Gave up on the whole thing all together. Besides, from what I've heard there are way too many dead pets and animals there even after the red wedding, so, just no.

As for bus drivers, I found that they're usually grumpy but when they get the chance to break their routine, they're usually happy about it.

I guess I won't discuss battle tactics, but I kind of understand why they did it. I mean, once the wave of the undead is already upon you, you cannot use the charge moment of the cavalry and the army of the undead was too big to just wait for them to pass and slow down, at least as much as I could understand. And the sword extinguishing was indeed amazing.

I guess it's a matter of taste I like this season so far
