I was going mad with not getting to work out so I did at least something. I guess I will be focusing on my abs until I can do pull ups again, but I'll try to find a way to safely train my upper body. One hand push ups is one way
I could theoretically do tricep dips or even normal dips. I have some ideas. But I also have to focus on studying right now. Exam season starts next week and since I was as stupid as the previous semester, then I will probably have to study a whole fricking course in the span of a few weeks. But I have made it this far, so
