GUESS WHO GOT TO 16 PULL UPS IN ONE GO FINALLY!!
I really didn't like the last one because my legs rised a bit too high with the last rep, but I'm gonna count that anyway
It was followed by 200 push ups and 360ish sit ups. When I started to go down the pyramid, I decided to do plank, but I realized that my arms won't last the way down so I switched back to sit-ups for awhile until plank was not that taxing anymore. I decided to start practicing handstands again. Not the pike push ups and other that kind of stuff, but just plain handstand against the wall. Something I've realised about myself is that I achieve something mostly when I just try to do it, but when I try to train to reach that goal, then I get stuck somewhere, don't know how to progress and will abandon my goal.
Today was a fun day at the gym. I happened to train at the same time that some practiced boxing and they always put good music on and the men themselves are little (well, quite big actually) balls of energy and joy. Then. They started dancing. It was so funny to watch. I really like my gym. So many fun and interesting people go there and it is entertaining to watch what happens. At times, I'm all alone and that, too, is very welcome.
I didn't work out on Saturday and Sunday because I wanted to get away from my usual routine for awhile and just did what I wanted (walked, watched videos and learned German etc.). I was completely alone (if not to count the rest of the people in the city) and enjoyed the hell out of it. I even tried a new recipe. Marshmallow cereal bars. They taste like heaven, but leave a terrible mess to clean up.
See ya!
