                I've had some busy times. Again. Two weeks with working out only on Mondays and Tuesdays and the rest of the week being sick or trying to solve my problems. The trip to Sweden cost me my "being the good girl" and as I got back I started to skip lessons because I hadn't found time to study for them. Now, because of that, I had to ditch my Chinese course because I couldn't handle the workload and I didn't want to just pass the course with the lowest grade possible. If I learn a language, I want to do it very thoroughly not just to get a grade.
                Anyway. I guess I'm back now. But for how long...
                I did some military workouts while I was away from Darebee. They were very good. My abs are rock solid now. I'm gonna continue with them in some form but the problem for me was that I did pull ups only thrice a week and now my arms feel like noodles compared to what they felt like before. Since I messed up my training (agAIN), I decided to have some fun with it. I'm trying to create my own workout schedule/program that fits my needs using Darebee challenges, programs and workouts. I'm doing pull ups five times a week (following generally the Armstrong pull up program, but improvising on Fridays). The rest I'm kind of improvising along the way.

                Here goes nothing.

                08.04.2019 - MONDAY

                Morning: Push-Up Master Challenge Day 1 - 30 classic push ups - in one go
                Main training:
                Pull ups (to failure): 14+7+7+7+6; 1:30 rest between sets (41) + 2 one-hand (one hand holding the other just below the wrist) pull ups with both sides
                50 Burpees in one go Challenge Day 1
                MultiplankChallenge Day 1 - in one go
                Full Circuit Day 1
                PT Pyramid (push upsx2; sit-upsx5): up to 6th set and back (70 push ups; 90 sit-ups+90s elbow plank)
