Hi! I haven't logged in in or updated this page for a long time, but I've visited Darebee every day. I've been training a lot and it has given me amazing results, I still mark up what I do, but I don't get the time to do it here. So here's what I'm currently up to.

I do my workouts all in one go, so it will be about 1,5-2 hour session. Before each session I do Warm Up and the first thing I do (I use it to warm up my body even more) is the challenge From Walking to Running. Next, I do programs: 30 Days of HIIT and Total Abs. The following stuff I do how I feel would be reasonable. I always try to do Daily Dares. I'm also doing a darebee challenge: Iron Glutes (the second time). Then I have 4 apps that I use for challenges: 20 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 200 Sit Ups and 30 Day Plank Challenge. 30 Day Plank Challenge I do every day, the others are meant to do over a day. Then, when my legs feel like it, I do Iron Bar Advanced and always end my training with Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout and Stretchrevolution.

Here's what my Thursday training looked like:
    Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 15
    30 Days of HIIT Advanced Day 27 - lvl.3
    Total Abs Day 27 - lvl. 3 - 3x200 2 minutes rest between
    Iron Glutes Day 26
DD (20 Downward Upward Dogs) EC
100 Push Ups W5D3 107/120 pushups. (13+13+15+15+12+12+10+30, two minutes rest between, I only could do 17 in the last set) The first time I couldn't complete the challenge.
30 Day Plank Challenge Day 8 (45 seconds)
    200 Sit Ups W3D1 (48 situps)
    Iron Bar Advanced
    Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout
Stretchrevolution Day 19 (This one is up in a Yoga thread somewhere in Darebee forums)

Now, I have a couple of things to complain about. When I start walking, from previous Sunday there has been a stinging pain just below my left ribs. It doesn't go away, it usually doesn't turn neither stronger nor weaker. But when I run, it disappears very quickly.
On Thursday, when I couldn't complete the push ups, I found my arms tired from the beginning. Since I do either pull ups or push ups every day and the numbers have increased, then I think that my hands are getting a bit tired and can't rest properly. But on Friday and Saturday I found this strange pulling pain in my right shoulder and sometimes in my left shoulder. I figured it must've been from the push ups and pull ups and planks all together, because when I tried to plank on Friday (60 seconds, I did it), then the pulling pain intensified. It wasn't a very bad pain, it was just plain annoying, almost like tickling pain.
I decided to give my hands and body a two day rest (Friday and Saturday) and do exercises that won't include my hands and shoulders on Sunday (today).

    So

    Today

    28.05.2017 - SUNDAY

    Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 16
    Total Abs Day 28
    Iron Glutes Day 27
    DD (40 High Crunches)
    DD (50 Reverse Angels)
    Iron Bar Advanced
    Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout
    Stretchrevolution Day 20

I'll update it when I'm done with the workouts.

Good to hear you're still doing great (mostly). Let us know how your shoulders/wrists feel after the rest.
And oh wow, that Thursday training session looks intense

Thanks, twinkletoes! My shoulders don't hurt anymore but there's still a weird feeling. Yeah, Thursday was fun

Sunday's training changed a bit since I realised that Reverse Angels focus quite a lot on shoulders and I added some new challenges and a workout since I thought I wasn't doing enough. Shoulders still got some pressure on Iron Bard Advanced, which I felt when I was starting to end the thing. I bought a yoga mat and got enjoy the benefits from it.

          28.05.2017 - SUNDAY

          Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 16
          Total Abs Day 28 - lvl. 3
Iron Glutes Day 27 - in one go, 100 each leg
          DD (40 High Crunches) EC
200 Sit Ups W3D2 (54 sit ups; 10+12+10+10+12, 1 min rest between sets)
200 Squats W1D1 (18; there were sets, but I did it in one go, because it was easy enough)
Legs of Steel - lvl.1 - 1 min rest between sets (since I couldn't train my upper body, I thought why not train the lower body then)
          Iron Bar Advanced
          Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout
          Stretchrevolution Day 20

          ---

Today, on Monday, I'll test my shoulders. Maybe hang from a pull up bar and try to plank. I did a push up (just now) just to test what it would feel like. Left shoulder seems a bit numb and weird, I definitely won't be including pull ups or push ups today, which also leaves out HIIT Advanced program at the moment.
I'm feeling a bit down because I could do a lot and now I can't train my upper body anymore, I reached new levels for myself. Doing a workout of 5+3+4+3+5 pull ups with one minute rest between sets was already easy and I could do pull ups in smooth movements not using my lower body to bounce myself a bit higher to reach the pull up position (maybe only with the last pull up). Before I started this, I could maybe do 3 pull ups in smooth movements and the other 4 (7 in all) with the bouncing. With push ups it was pretty much the same (I could do 80 pushups in 5 sets and 100 push ups in 8 sets, 2 minutes rest between sets). I don't know on what level I'll be after my shoulders have normalised, but I think I need to continue from a lower level and maybe even ditch one of the challenges (either pull ups or push ups) because it places a heavy load on my shoulders and with the increasing numbers and the pattern pull ups today, push ups tomorrow and pull ups again on the day after tomorrow would not let my shoulders recover and rest enough which would lead to the very same result I have right now. I think I'm gonna keep pull ups, if it comes to this.
Until then, I'm gonna turn my legs into steel bars and abs into a metal shield

            29.05.2017 - MONDAY

            Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 17 (note to self, do not run when it's that hot outside)
            Total Abs Day 29 - 5 sets (lvl. 2) - 24 reps each (lvl.3)
            Iron Glutes Day 28
            DD (50 Squats) EC (i1g)
            200 Squats W1D2 (28) in one go
            Agility Ladder
            Iron Bar Advanced
            Nerd Fitness Flexibility Workout
Stretchrevolution Day 21 - 1 min both sides
30 Day Plank Challenge app Day 10 (60 seconds)

            ---

In programs, do the reps you have to do increase with the level (ex. sets 1-3 n20 reps each exercise, sets 4-5 22 reps each exercise, sets 6-7 24 reps each exercise) or do you choose one and stick with it from the first set (sets 1-7 20/22/24 reps)?

            ---

The weather was deceitful. It was very windy, but the sun was hot, so if you didn't move much, you felt chilly but if you ran (like I did), then you'd feel like in hell. The run in the heat took away a lot of energy, which was why I couldn't complete Total Abs on lvl 3. Also, I did something I've never done before. I took a light snack in the middle of exercising because I felt that weak and felt that I had no energy. After the little snack I had the power to complete other workouts with more strength. Then I fell asleep for awhile. I did the plank challenge separately, because I thought I wouldn't do it because of the shoulders, but I decided to give it a go. I did it, and it didn't feel that bad. I'll start the planking again, but still avoid pullups and pushups.

< How I felt after the run and before the snack

            See ya tomorrow!

                ---

Yesterdays training took me around 2,5-3 hours. And surprisingly, my body liked it very much. Running was fairly easy especially compared to previous days. HIIT program was intense. The first three sets were the worst, from there on it got quite enjoyable. I drank a lot of water during HIIT and I realized that drinking water helped me. I haven't drank water before when I have worked out so this was completely new experience for me, especially the sweating like I had a 40 degree fever part (for real though, I have sweated this crazy only when sick with high fever). I starter doing pull ups again I'm happy that I can do them again but I started almost from the beginning, just in case, and turned out it was a wise decision. I finished with Iron Glutes again, and I'm thinking what to do next. DD was awesome :3

All in all, it was one sweet training

I'm thinking of joining the Fighter 's Coordination challenge, but I'm not very good with the fighting stuff but who knows.

                See ya

                  01.06.2017 - THURSDAY

From Walking to Running Day 20

I don't know what happened. Suddenly it was evening and I had so many things to do.

                  02.06.2017 - FRIDAY

                  Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 21
30 Days of HIIT Advanced Day 29 - lvl. 1
                  DD (20 Up&Down Planks) EC (i1g)
                  200 Squats W2D2 (34) - i1g
30 Day Plank Challenge Day 13 - REST DAY
                  10 000 Jumping Jacks Day 3 (2x100; 2 minutes rest)
200 Sit Ups W3D3 (10+14+10+10+14; one minute rest between sets; 58 alltogether)
Abs & Core challenge Day 1
20 Pull Ups W2D2 (3+2+3+2+3; one minute rest between sets; 13 alltogether)
                  Iron Bar Advanced
                  Nerd Fitness Flexibility Workout
                  Stretchrevolution Day 24

I went with that low level in HIIT today (usually I do it on lvl 3, rarely on lvl 2 and I think once on lvl 1) because they were basic burbees and a muscle in my leg started to sting quite from the beginning. I've had my fair share of stupid injuried caused by not listsening to my body so I decided not to push it, even though I might've pulled off lvl. 2.
Running today was very nice, althought the weather was stormy and cold. I enjoy this kind of weather, but it made my ears hurt a bit. The plank challenge app has rest days, today being one of them.
Lately I felt kind of bad all the time. Today I figured out that I wasn't eating properly. My body doesn't call out for much food and then I forget to eat properly, which had been happening for a few days now. But today I ate properly and didn't feel sickish.

Also, I practiced that Fighter's Coordination challenge combo a bit. Yeeaaah... in addition to incorrect form, I get stuck when trying to perform the exercise as neatly as possible, as quick as possible and also keep an eye on the combo So I know where most of my free time tomorrow and on Sunday goes

                  All for today.
                  See ya!

                    ---

Firstly, my MP3 player decided to die. As in not work anymore and I discovered that when I was already there where I was supposed to start doing my running challenge. It's not far from home, but my body cooled down in the process of going home and trying to maybe fix things and moving the running music to my phone.
Secondly, I FINISHED WITH 30 DAYS OF HIIT ADVANCED! A cookie for me.
Thirdly, I discovered that I can't do push ups easily anymore. A bit over a week ago I could do 107 in one workout. Now, I could barely manage the 20 in one go. Needless to say, I'm not in a jolly mood. I'm thinking of picking up the 100 Push Ups app, but this time I'll just use it to bring myself to a certain level and maintain that level. I won't try to advance further, not at least until I've finished with the pull ups program.
I skipped Iron Bar Advanced today because my left leg was giving me pain during the very first exercise, so I thought I can skip it until it cools down.
Today's stretchrevolution pose was difficult. Managed it with holding on to the table with one hand.

                    See ya tomorrow!

I'm choosing another program also. I'd love to get all the badges, so I thought of choosing the lvl 2 programs first to help me build up better for the higher level ones. But Athena's Playbook is so tempting I mean... Yoga days! I thought of combining programs. At some point I was over 20 days with Foundation and Totals, but then I fell sick and didn't exercise for a few weeks and I started over with them, but lost motivation. So I thought, that since 90 Days of Action is the longest and the beginning fairly easy, then I'll be doing 90 Days of Action with Athena's Playbook, then with Foundation and then with Totals. After that I would combine 30 Days of Strength and 30 Days of Cardio Blast. I was planning on doing Hero's Journey or Age of Pandora this summer, but oh well. I guess I'll leave them to autumn and winter. Or to the next summer.
                      So excited.
But now, I'll really get some rest.

                            Stretchrevolution Day 26

So today was the day of the Fighter's Coordination Challenge. It was fun to do, although my technique sucks. I haven't done any combat practice apart from that what has been in the programs. I messed the combo up many many times, just out of trying to keep track of my movements during doing that. I started to read 1, 1 2, 1 2 3 etc. to help me remember where I was with myself. I even managed to cut myself with my own fingernail during the process so a couple of minutes the blood flowed out of my finger.
I'm getting the hang of pull ups again, although I feel that they need the muscels to support them what I trained with push ups. So I have to pick it up again. But not go that far this time, I'm going to remain somewhere where it's easy, but still a bit challenging for me.
Stretchrevolution, what the hell What are you supposed to do when you can't be in that position without feeling like your leg muscles might snap? So I improvised, a bit. It was weird and hard, still, but doable without me fearing for my wellbeing.
I didn't do much today, because I got home late and I had much to do. I'll pick up 90 Days of Action and Athena's Playbook tomorrow

                            See ya!

                              Meditation Challenge Day 1

                              ---

It was an intense training session, although not as intense as I feared it would be. I almost had forgotten the feeling when 7 sets was the requirement for lvl. 3 Since I haven't done combat almost at all, some weird muscles near my shoulder and back were sore. I almost forgot what it felt like to have sore muscles. That's how long I haven't had that problem.
What I didn't look at when deciding to do Athena's Playbook was that the first day would include basic burpees. Yay.... But they were surprisingly easy! Plank challenge is Elbow Plank, not normal plank. As I promised, I picked up push up challenge again. After doing 70 push ups for 90 Days of Action, I got the hang of push ups again. So I'm slowly building myself up again. I must've drank a litre of water during working out. I also took up meditation challenge. I felt like I needed something to calm myself and bring myself to focus. It's really new to me, but it's interesting and felt good to sit and cool down after working out.

                              See ya

The sore muscles were still sore. 90DoA and AP were surprisingly easy, they fit well together. Meditation actually is pretty nice and calming. I like it.
