Hi! I haven't logged in in or updated this page for a long time, but I've visited Darebee every day. I've been training a lot and it has given me amazing results, I still mark up what I do, but I don't get the time to do it here. So here's what I'm currently up to.
I do my workouts all in one go, so it will be about 1,5-2 hour session. Before each session I do Warm Up and the first thing I do (I use it to warm up my body even more) is the challenge From Walking to Running. Next, I do programs: 30 Days of HIIT and Total Abs. The following stuff I do how I feel would be reasonable. I always try to do Daily Dares. I'm also doing a darebee challenge: Iron Glutes (the second time). Then I have 4 apps that I use for challenges: 20 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 200 Sit Ups and 30 Day Plank Challenge. 30 Day Plank Challenge I do every day, the others are meant to do over a day. Then, when my legs feel like it, I do Iron Bar Advanced and always end my training with Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout and Stretchrevolution.
Here's what my Thursday training looked like:
Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 15
30 Days of HIIT Advanced Day 27 - lvl.3
Total Abs Day 27 - lvl. 3 - 3x200 2 minutes rest between
Iron Glutes Day 26
DD (20 Downward Upward Dogs) EC
100 Push Ups W5D3 107/120 pushups. (13+13+15+15+12+12+10+30, two minutes rest between, I only could do 17 in the last set) The first time I couldn't complete the challenge.
30 Day Plank Challenge Day 8 (45 seconds)
200 Sit Ups W3D1 (48 situps)
Iron Bar Advanced
Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout
Stretchrevolution Day 19 (This one is up in a Yoga thread somewhere in Darebee forums)
Now, I have a couple of things to complain about. When I start walking, from previous Sunday there has been a stinging pain just below my left ribs. It doesn't go away, it usually doesn't turn neither stronger nor weaker. But when I run, it disappears very quickly.
On Thursday, when I couldn't complete the push ups, I found my arms tired from the beginning. Since I do either pull ups or push ups every day and the numbers have increased, then I think that my hands are getting a bit tired and can't rest properly. But on Friday and Saturday I found this strange pulling pain in my right shoulder and sometimes in my left shoulder. I figured it must've been from the push ups and pull ups and planks all together, because when I tried to plank on Friday (60 seconds, I did it), then the pulling pain intensified. It wasn't a very bad pain, it was just plain annoying, almost like tickling pain.
I decided to give my hands and body a two day rest (Friday and Saturday) and do exercises that won't include my hands and shoulders on Sunday (today).
So
Today
28.05.2017 - SUNDAY
Warm Up
From Walking to Running Day 16
Total Abs Day 28
Iron Glutes Day 27
DD (40 High Crunches)
DD (50 Reverse Angels)
Iron Bar Advanced
Nerd Fitness Flexibility workout
Stretchrevolution Day 20
I'll update it when I'm done with the workouts.
