        This looked deceivingly easy and took quite some time to finish. When I'm doing combat workouts, I like to watch some action movie at the same time or just have it as background noise. This time I chose Predator (2018). Quite fun. I liked it.

                I switched the last days of Total Abs, so technically the last day was today I've completed Total Abs once before but this time it was fully on lvl. 3. I can see some improvements in my planks. I most definitely wouldn't have been able to complete the last day on lvl. 3 (6 minutes of various planks) before the program. So far, the challenges are quite nice. I'm wondering whether I should take another ab challenge to keep my abs or would Avatar Upgrade and Hollow Hold do. I guess we'll see tomorrow.

                          Busy times. The last Avatar Upgrade day was really something. I didn't do quite everything to failure because I already did the whole thing for around one and a half hour, if not more. By the end of the fourth set I managed to get and pop a blister on my palm near my wrist and the thing hurt like hell if it touched something. So the diamond push ups (or anything that included it touching and holding my weight) were quite painful to do. Pull ups were actually easier to do after Avatar Upgrade. Such a fun workout Also, why do I keep putting hellish upper body days on my pull up fest days?

                                I've been to hell and back... First, on Saturday, it was the 200 V-Ups (i will never again complain about another ab workout) and today, on Monday, it was the 420 push ups. I almost got to 16 pull ups in one go today, but again, that one little final pull was missing. The 40 push ups in the combos weren't even that bad, but the 20 diamond push ups in one go really started to get me in the final sets. The broken blister part opened up a bit again and gave me hell when doing push ups.
                                But it's fun. I never thought that I'd get this far when working out when I started.
                                And the Fistivities have started!!!
