Mine is nowhere near perfect. Seeing that you can do 20 pull ups in one go you should be able to do one even if not smoothly
Just watch a couple of videos of how your hands should be placed and how you should grip the bar and try it out!! We believe in you!

Since I didn't log here for a week, I think there's no point in uploading what I've done in that time. Nothing special. I've done all programs on lvl. 3 and Ninja Challenge on Brutal so far.
Today I finished 30 Days of HIIT! Yaay!I did every day on lvl. 3. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning when I discovered that I had to do 15 sets almost every day for lvl. 3, but it really wasn't that hard once you got the rhythm. I've seen improvements in my fitness, especially when it comes to cardio (those high knee days...
). The only days I really did through gritted teeth were active plank days. They weren't even that hard, but something about planks is so uncomfortable to my body that I'd rather do anything else than that. Overall I really liked it. For me, it was a great program to get my whole body almost on the same level, because before my lower body was kind of abandoned.
What I'm going to take next... you'll be surprised(And I will probably die doing it

The program I chose is Avatar Upgrade!!! I'm mixing the days up a bit to accomodate it to my pull up training (I need to have quite easy days on Saturday and Sunday and I can put the to failure upperbody ++ days on Mondays). I think I'll be putting the current day workout here to see so you won't be confused. Anyways. Today I did it on max level. I expected it to be very challenging, but it was actually quite okay. I have a feeling I'll be feeling my abs soon.

I didn't get too far with my pull ups today. I don't know whether it was because I really couldn't pull more or because once it required more effort and when it got harder then I cut it off because of Avatar Upgrade. Anyway. I'm quite happy I did cut it off because I have a feeling those 210 push ups wouldn't have come out of me if I didn't. I quite enjoyed the combos, even the last one (although in the first two sets I almost died).
