    12+10+10 pike push ups; 10 s rest (32)
    Afternoon pull ups (grip switch endurance madness): 11x(3x4 normal pull ups; 3x4 close grip chin ups; 3x4 wide grip pull ups) 2x4 normal pull ups; 1 minute rest between sets (404 pulls alltogether)

    I wanted to test whether that 400 pull ups was an anomaly or not. Seems like it wasn't Although it does have a price. Two new blisters formed and popped on my palm so that wasn't so fun. I should start wearing gloves of some sort on those days. Also, I managed to do my first muscle up and it was without kipping. It wasn't smooth. I did a higher pull up and then changed my grip to a dip one (if that makes sense) and then pushed myself up.

      Congratulations for the new personal record!!! That's awesome !!

      ....but to reach 50, I think that it will be hard and long way. Anyway, go on !!!!

          Cabriel thanks! I know that 50 might be a bit much. But when only in 2 years of training I have achieved this much, then I hope to get there. And even if I dont, I won't be sad because I know it'll be incredibly hard to achieve.

            Almost did 16 pull ups in one go but since I couldn't get my chin quite over the bar yet I didn't count it. It was very close though.

            Finished Back & Core (again) and Ab Challenge. Reached a new level with my pyramid pull ups, I couldn't get to 10 before.

            I raised my pulls in a set from four to five, because I felt that four was too easy and didn't challenge me so much anymore. Because I just finished a program and a challenge, I thought I should replace them so I chose Total Abs to maintain my newly discovered abs and Ninja Challenge because I really wanted to try it but couldn't at the beginning of the month. I also started trying to do side splits and splits in general, just cause.

            Afternoon pull ups: 5x(3x5 normal pull ups; 3x5 close grip chin ups; 3x5 wide grip pull ups) 3x5 normal pull ups; 2x5 close grip chin ups + 4 close grip chin ups; 1 minute rest between sets (254 pulls all together)
            Total Abs Day 2 - lvl.3, lvl.3 - 1 min rest between sets
            30 Days of HIIT Day 11 - lvl. 3

            As was expected, my pull up count went down. I thought it would, but I didn't expect it to fall so drastically from 404 to 254 (as you can see, I couldn't even finish the last chin up, I did it to failure). On the bright side, I could really feel the workout, I didn't feel it that much when I did it with sets of 4. So I hope that helps me raise my pull ups to failure count. Ninja Challenge - doing it still on brutal, let's see what tomorrow brings. Today I had the whole gym for myself for quite some time :3

              I went to the gym and did my things. But I couldn't bring myself to do 30Days of HIIT no matter how hard I coaxed myself (if you've been following me, then you're already familiar with my everliving disgust for plank exercises). I even did Ironborn to avoid plank. I also did some one arm push ups and wall handstand pushups.

              On Saturday I got to try out my brother's dirt bike. For some reason I have never really gotten along with two-wheeled vehicles (including bicycles) so I was surprised when I didn't crash it and actually started to enjoy it! Only now I think I want to get myself one too and start practicing
              Since it suddenly started snowing and the temperature fell below zero degrees, I'm roaming around like a blue marshmallow with my wintercoat. Also, my friend hasn't been able to come with me to the gym so I'm a bit shy with my working out, so I usually only do pull ups and then head to my apartment and finish the rest of it.

                    I'm also shy about doing combat moves in public. I've never seen anyone shadowbox at the gym before, I feel kind of silly kicking/punching air and there's no punching bag at my gym.

                    I've grabbed a quiet corner on the second floor to do my combat workouts. I hope you find a solution that works for you!
