      Pull up is a difficult exercise so take your time and try out different programs to see what suits you the best and even try switching between them to keep it interesting. I'm sure you'll get there and it will feel awesome when you do

      Skipped working out on 26nd because I went to watch my brother's football game and after that I went to visit my boyfriend. But maybe running as hell when playing tag, climbing trees and other stuff counts as a workout?

      27.08.2018 - MONDAY

      Morning push ups: 40+20+20; 1:30 rest between sets (80)
      Afternoon pull ups (to failure): 14+8+7+6+7; 1:30 rest between sets (42)
      Back&Core Day 11

      I was sure I forgot something to do that day but I only remembered what when I was in bed and almost asleep. I should've done a leg workout as well.

      28.08.2018 - TUESDAY

      Morning push ups: 30+20+20; 1:30 rest between sets (70)
      Afternoon pull ups (pyramid): 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+6+5; 10 s rest per every pull up in last set (56)
      Back&Core Day 12
      Master Pack - lvl. 3 - 1 minute rest between sets

      You ever have that kind of day where the muscles feel perfect? Today was that day When I started to do pull ups then I could do them with such ease that I have only dreamed of it. If today would've been the to failure pull up day, then I think I could've done 15 in a row or even more. Needless to say I was very happy.

        Morning push ups (I basically did accordion push ups=switched between wide grip, normal and narrow grip push ups every push ups): 3x1 minute push ups (20+20+19), 1 minute rest between sets (59)
        Afternoon pull ups (grip switch day): 3x normal grip pull ups + 3x close grip chin ups + 3x wide grip pull ups; 1 min rest between sets (36)
        Hell-Forged - lvl. 3 (ca 20 jumping lunges per 20s, ca 17 calf raises per 20s, ca 65 leg raises per 40s)
        Back&Core Day 13

        Wednesdays are kind of rest days for upper body. Originally, you were supposed to do push ups to failure x3 every morning (except the 2 rest days), but I switched it with accordion push ups for a minute on two days because I discovered that this helps me develope more and make it more interesting. Tomorrow will be a pull up fest.
        Since I forgot my leg workout on Monday, I thought it would be fun to do something a little extra this time to compensate. So I chose Hell-Forged. I started to feel the burn in the fifth set and seventh was really hell but I enjoyed it. Back&Core gave me a good stretching workout.
        Now I can say that I'm.... Hell-Forged...

            DD(10 Clapping Push Ups) EC(i1g)
            two one arm push ups with each arm
            Afternoon pull ups (grip switch endurance madness): 6x(3x4 normal pull ups; 3x4 close grip chin ups; 3x4 wide grip pull ups); 1 minute rest between sets (216 pulls alltogether)

            Back&Core Day 14

            Today was such a weird lazy day where all I wanted to do was sleep. And I basically did just that the entire day. I didn't feel like doing the same old push ups routine so I decided that today's daily dare would do the trick with adding some one arm push ups. I just recently discovered I could do them and was over the moon.
            I got to my pull up fest right at midnight and finished around 1:15 AM.
            I checked that slow pull up challenge and tried it one - I could do a 14 second pull up pretty nicely, even after the 216 pulls But I think I'm gonna start with the slow ones around tomorrow or even next week. It'll be fun

                          Quick update. Went horse riding over a long period of time and my body remembered everything! The trainer even complimented my style. My horse was a brown Arabian called Airman. It was so fun to ride with him and I loved every moment of it. Although it hailed and rained at the beginning.

                          SO, you remember the crazy pull up fest where I do around 200 pulls in a workout? Well... My max was 252 pulls in a workout (1h and 15mins). Today, how ever, i could do 400 pulls (2h). And I only stopped because a blister formed and popped on my palm and made it a pain in the ass to continue. But. I felt like I could've done even more. And I dont know where this suddenly came from. But I love it! ​​​​​​​

                                Afternoon pull ups: 15+8+6+8+6; 1:30 rest (43)
                                Power Puncher (3 sets with 2 mins rest)

                                15 pull ups in a row! New record! Now only 35 more... (my end goal is 50 in a row, maybe a bit much but hey! why not!) I have given my legs a lot of rest because something happened to my foot and it ached for like two weeks so I decided it would be best for it to rest as much as it can. Now, to start again I decided to start slowly. So I did Power Puncher. I did only three sets because the foot that hurt started to say "hey, I know I'm well now but, you know, I haven't done anything for like two weeks so please let's take it easy on the first day". So I took it easy. For some reason, the more I do elbow plank, the worse I get.

                                I'm going to see Venom for the second time today. I loved it, it was so refreshing for some reason and I have never seen people in the cinema laugh like this or so much. If you've seen it, share what you think
