              In the evening I went to a birthday party so I had to work out during the day. It was really sunny and warm, so I wasn't gonna run. Instead I decided to do 2 days from both programs (the one that I was supposed to do today and the one that was meant for today). They were well balanced, so I didn't overload myself. I'm actually wondering whether I should repeat that tomorrow. It wasn't an intense day today (except for plank. I hate that thing) but I guess running adds that intensity. We'll see. If I'm not too tired, I might repeat that tomorrow and end Foundation when August ends. What I find quite odd is that when I watch Game of Thrones, then working out is a lot easier (strength part of it).
              I stuffed myself on that birthday party. I haven't eaten that much trash food in ages!

                I overestimated my powers. I figured I could start working out at 22.00 and run first and then do the other stuff. That did not work out. The run drained me completely. I don't remember the last time I was so drained. I felt quite bad and measured my temperature for the fun of it and it showed 35,5 Celsius. Which is around one degree lower than it should be. Anyway, I was too exhausted to do anything else that day. But I ran 5,2km in 30 minutes, which is at 10,4kmh/h pace. So at least I did that. One more goal achieved.

                            Really hot and humid weather up until finishing with my training later in the evening. Then the thunderstorm began. It was amazing. Nothing much to say about training. Running was very hard this time. I think I even ran slower than I walked.
