    Exercise

    At the gym :
    Run: 30mn, 7km/h. It is always very hard, every time I run I think I can't possibly last 30 minutes.
    35mn recumbent bike
    My back still hurts even though it's getting better so no dumbbells.

    At home :
    Day 30 of back and shoulders challenge (modified: standing)
    Day 26 of 50 squats a day challenge

    Workout: Armageddon
    Level 3, minimal rest


    Nutrition

    Pre-workout breakfast
    Yogurt, kiwi, black chocolate, protein bar

    Post-workout breakfast
    Oats pancake, brownie with whey

    Midday meal
    Homemade pizza

    Snack
    Soft white cheese 3% fat, black chocolate

    Dinner
    Soup

    Totals
    Not counting today! The pizza must be quite a lot lol, it's a rest day nutrition-wise.

        not getting into detail, but the last one trying to grab some of my food from my plate said:"get that fork out of my hand!"
        except for my kids... it seems like they still have this kind of puppy license... (even though they are teens now... )

              Well, even if he isn't (and that's not something you can force on people, of course), at least he knows what you're doing and what you're doing it for? Is he aware that eating chips (or the like) right next to you isn't helpful? As 'rin said, even in a small place, there are some things he may be able to do so you can't join in too easily every time he has a snack.
              You guys should probably have a relaxed talk about it, of course.

                      This part is key. Do not pull a me. NOW my husband has an understanding of why it undermines my goals when he does that (I would not of gotten fat in the first place if I did not really like food) but to start with? I actually ended up leaving the apartment in a fit of tears once over his fucking ice cream. Talk calmly when the treats are not open, lol.

                            Day 1 of upperbody light challenge

                            10 knee push-ups. I'm going back to knee push-ups to work on form.
