        Done on Level 1 - because 7 or 10 sets of 20 push-ups are not going to happen...
        Looked at the Karma and had quite a good laugh. No dinner? Sorry, Darebee that's not going to happen unless it is necessary in reality... Hunger and me, that's a dangerous combination (ask my boyfriend...)!
        Have been feeling sluggish all week... the fog never lifts, it's cold, everybody starts going crazy because of christmas and the end of the year... and I've got a lot of things to do and plans, but there aren't many days left and even fewer days off of work... :-/ Well, well, it's the season again.

          Congrats on making it halfway through HJ. Now if only the other half felt like it was downhill... *grin* You're doing quite well for yourself, keep it up. I just hope you don't have a job that stacks stress on during this time of year.

            Today: Hero's Journey, Day 32: Done

            Skipped training yesterday, but I'm feeling a lot better today... although there's still fog outside... *sigh*
            Hero's Journey has been easy today, the 3 minutes arm hold were over when it started to hurt and shake a bit.
            But as I already peaked at what to expect for the next days, I fear that wjs is right... Tomorrow looks horrible! Luckily, not a lot of stress at work and tomorrow the last work day for this year.

              Yesterday: Hero's Journey, Day 33: Done on level 1 + weapon's practice hammer

              Points earned today: +150

              Well, it's been horrible... and due to drunk people and stuff (don't ask...) I had to do the weapon's practice in the afternoon. But no problem as my last workday for the year has been a short one. At least, this workout is done and dusted. Tried to do the assigned workout for the RWC afterwards, but no chance... realized, I got better at push-ups, but definitely not that good. :-/

              Today: Hero's Journey, Day 34: Done on level 1

              Points earned today: +100
              Points total: 6100

              Phew... Done! Hasn't been that bad, inbetween sets I packed my suitcase. Now I'm showered, will have a quick breakfast and then I'm on the road to my parents' place.

                As long as you didn't have to do the weapon practice on the drunk people, that's fine!

                      Back home again for a little bit of holidays. I really enjoyed the time at my parents' place and I have to admit, I didn't do any workouts except for two daily dares.

                      But hey, I continued this morning in all peace, all realxed.... and now all sore.

                      Hero's Journey, Day 35: All trials done

                          Ouch, my legs are not happy this morning...

                          Hero's Journey, Day 36: Done!

                          Looked harmless in the beginning, but those upward dogs... I already disliked them in Foundation and they didn't get any more likable until now. ;-) And the meditation part? Yeah, well, it's done, but nothing I'm really fond of either.

                            I've meditated for a while now, Knirin. I love it. One of the things that the experts and the growing body of science on the benefits of meditation agree on is that it is in long-term and regular use that it has its effects. If you can keep going with it you might become a little more fond of it and see some changes that you like.

                              No workout yesterday... we spent the 1st on the couch, doing nothing more than watching some Dr. Who and other stuff...
                              Today, everything's back to "normal", so I got up and got my workout in, despite some serious lack of motivation. Somehow, Hero's Journey can't really motivate me anymore... but I'm nearly two thirds done, so (hopefully) no chance that I will stop now!

                                Today: Hero's Journey, Day 39: Done on Level 1 + 20 minutes

                                Ouch...sitting in the office now, I can definitely feel my shoulders after Part 1...
                                I was a bit scared by the 20 minutes movement non-stop for Part 2... but it has passed more quickly than I thought! I did lots of stuff, mostly to the count of 10 - leg raises, front kicks, side kicks, punches. ellbow strikes, crunches, bicycle crunches, leg raises, plank, climbers, shoulder taps, plank, squat hold punches, squats, lunges, side-lunges, jumping jacks, even some push-ups... Was more fun than I thought it would be! Topped all that off with the daily dare... that has been so hard... left me shaking...
                                (And the third part of the workout was freeing my car of ice and snow... )
