Hi, I'm back! In the last weeks, I "fell off every waggon" I'd been on, so to speak. I pressed the snooze button (or just continued sleeping) until it was nearly to late, did my work from home, procrastinated a lot and more or less did nothing. Even going outside for a walk didn't happen a lot of days, I just didn't feel like it with all the snow again. So, well, a lot of "blah" and nothing at all...

But last week, I told myself that enough is enough and so, I'm slowly rebuilding my routines and schedules - and it feels so good! (Ok, the DOMS doesn't feel thaaaat good, but well... )

    So, belatedly:
Damer Thanks for your thoughts, much appreciated!

TheLibrarian, Matan, Fremen, Colin, Louve rose, sleep_twitch, PetiteSheWolf, Anek and lpf Thaks a lot for your wishes! I quite enjoyed my second birthday in lockdown, despite being alone at home. But I got some very nice "old-school" letters and cards, some phone calls and even got some flowers delivered from my boyfriend.

So, now, what did I do since "re-starting"?

    Friday, 16th April:
    Toughie, Level 1
    Power Grip Challenge, Day 1

Toughie gave me quite some DOMS in the legs... Unbelievable regarding the amount of squats I did back in December!

Seems like I found my mistake in doing Jumping Jacks that made my knees unhappy. At least everything felt alright this morning. Yay!
Ypress Tone felt unexpectedly hard, but somehow also satisfying.

The last days weren't perfect, but at least they are done. Or nearly done. And the weekend is coming up fast and right now the weather is a lot better than expected. I like that.
                    Have a great weekend everyone!

                          in the evening:
                          Power Walk Challenge, Day 5

While doing my workout yesterday morning, I was looking out of the window and suddenly felt like going for a run... I haven't been out for a run in years (I think 2017 was the last time?!), so I still don't know why I suddenly got that urge. Especially as I have never really been a runner...

                          Thursday, 20th May:
Runner Prime, Day 1 (2.9 km in 30 minutes)
                          Power Grip Challenge, Day 21

But well, what can I say, I did it this morning. And it didn't even feel that bad. My stamina definitely has been worse before. Yes, it was hard, no, I definitely wasn't going fast and yes, I did change to walking now and then. But I did it! Minor annoyance: The "Zombies, run!" app decided to quit on me somewhere in the middle and I realized it only later, when nue more cues came, so the tracking in the app hasn't been acurate and I needed to do it manually afterwards. Oh, and I got wet feet running along the field paths - long grass and quite wet weather in the last days.
Well, we'll see if I will keep Runner Prime. I estimate that I have around two to three months to finish it, before it will be to dark for running in the morning. And yes, I still plan on finishing my other open programs, too...

88 DD done, 75 with EC.

Yeah, the Zombies, Run! app can be problematic sometimes.. I highly suspect that it depends on the phone, Android version etc. - I had a LOT of problems with my last phone, and none for months now with my current one. There are a lot of things going on when you use the app - GPS, the audio notifications from the game, your own music.. It's close to impossible to debug.
