          Finally, no more work for this year! That doesn't mean that I'm sitting at home bored to death, instead I'm doing lots of things that have been on my list for sometimes ages. And I am quite proud, I already got quite a few things done. For the rest of the day: walk to the mailbox (1.5 km one-way) and send off some cards (I just love old-fashioned letters and postcards ), bake some more cookies and a sort-of-cake for my dad, get stuff into the car. (Yes, despite everything we'll spend christmas with other people, with as much measures in place as possible and honestly, just being together with other people instead of going crazy...)

          Friday, 18th December (con'd):
          Snowball fight: 200 squats

          All in all, I did 1105 squats in five days. I never would have imagined that possible! And it wasn't all too bad, my quads were happy again after a day or two and my knees only started complaining two days after the last squat.

          No loose ends left for this year! I quite like that, especially as I don't know if I'll be able to squeeze in any workout in the next days.

                            Christmas and the start into the new year were great, cozy and with nice people and waaaaaayyyy too much good food. So I definitely need to take more care about what I put into my mouth as well as start working out at least a bit again.
                            And so here we are again, together with the first day at work, I "restarted" my normal routine. There are still quite a few badges I haven't earned, let's go!
