          Martial arts training yesterday in preparation for the belt examination on saturday. So far, so good. If I don't go completely blank, everything should work out as planned and trained.
          Still took more time than usual, but still was asleep faster as last week. Don't know f it is due to no black/green tea in the afternoon or due to the "Better Sleep" workout or due to "it just happened". I'll keep an eye on it.

          Slightly sore this morning, but got my workout in:

          Hero's Journey, Day 16: Done!

          Points earned today: +150
          Points total: 2600

          Yei, abs! But those leg raises... I had to start fighting at around rep 8, but I did them all! And I conveniently added Day 1 of the Advent calender...
          I had a peak at tomorrow's workout... lots of push-ups coming up...nooooo....

          Oh... and when I left the house, I nearly stumbled and twisted my ankle... uneven floor and darkness don't always combine will. Well, the ankle's competely fine... but now my left knee isn't that happy. Sigh... must be age creeping up.

          (Yes, I do love those smilies...)

                          Nearly overslept this morning and then nearly talked me into skipping the workout (because push-ups...). But I didn't!

                          Hero's Journey, Day 17: Done on Level 1 + weapon's training (hammer)

                          Points earned today: +200
                          Points total: 2800

                          All in all, 50 push-ups this morning, although still from my knees. Somehow, the workout even was fun this morning... (What's wrong with me?!) Did the hammer practice in sets instead of throughout the day - used the weight I used up to now as the "lighter" weight. So I definitely need to change the plates for the next weapon's training.
                          Added today's Advent calendar to the workout and got my legs burning a bit. .

                          Now I'm tired and I want to go back to sleep... but well, first work, then baking cinnamon rolls for tomorrow and then martial arts training. But I'll try to keep it at a light training tonight, I don't want to overdo it in view of tomorrow's belt examination...
