I like your 2020 goals I miss martial arts training too, but sadly, my group was closed and I would have switch to a new federation and redo all my belt examinations (again), which is really frustrating

Baseline, Day 18, Level 3
Those workouts on level take their time... but I have to admit, some exercises are quite effective, more than I thought. Especially those side bends and hip circles... my lower back definitely feels them and lets me know with some soreness the next day.
Sunday, 2nd February:
Baseline, Day 21, Level 3
DD w/ EC (2 min Sitting Punches)
Monday, 3rd February:
Baseline, Day 22, Level 2
The number of reps went up again in Baseline... Now, the workouts on level 3 really start to be work - but oh so tedious (thanks for the word, K e l l y). Didn't manage to get past 5 sets this morning as I was running out of time. But still, I'm going to finish that thing! Only 8 more days!
