    I like your 2020 goals I miss martial arts training too, but sadly, my group was closed and I would have switch to a new federation and redo all my belt examinations (again), which is really frustrating

            Those workouts on level take their time... but I have to admit, some exercises are quite effective, more than I thought. Especially those side bends and hip circles... my lower back definitely feels them and lets me know with some soreness the next day.

              They are surprisingly effective, but so tedious and I’m only on day 9...The arms days are my favorite.

                    The number of reps went up again in Baseline... Now, the workouts on level 3 really start to be work - but oh so tedious (thanks for the word, K e l l y ). Didn't manage to get past 5 sets this morning as I was running out of time. But still, I'm going to finish that thing! Only 8 more days!

                      Enough of all this moaning, I liked today's workout a lot.

                      At the moment, with all the storms and rain and bad weather, I feel like eating all the things, all the time...
