The great UK philosopher, Bruce Forsthyth, delivered this important lecture on life and its meaning every Saturday night.

tl;dr - its all a game! Very profound of him!

    Glad you're feeling better, Knirin!

Thanks a lot, Matan, PetiteSheWolf, HellYeah, sleep_twitch and TheLibrarian! :-)

sleep_twitch Well, that's a good question... lots of things, but most of them not fitness related in any way :-D But I've started doing at least something again:

Hopefully, I'll keep it up, I've been quite bad at doing any sports continuously in the last months.

                      Doesn't look too bad, right.
That means, I've done something/anything for my fitness on 19 days in March! That's 19 more days than in the last 4 months together...

Looks like a new badge could really happen in the near future... something that hasn't happened in quite some time.
But for me, the most important thing is that my lower back doesn't hurt as long as I'm keeping on doing at least something most of the days. I like that!

Not a lot has happened last week according to my list:

But we spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday packing boxes and lugging furniture around. We have a wet wall in our living room (old building, ground floor, no cellar) and this week, the reconstruction works are starting. So we needed to clear everything out. And I have to admit, I have a lot of books... I always hate myself and the books as soon as I have to pack them into boxes for a move (or for storage like in this case). It so much work!
The hardest part were our big shelves - three shelves, each weighing nearly 90 kgs and measuring 2x2 metres... My boyfriend and I managed to get them out of the living room and into storage (once around the building) without needing to de-assemble them! It was hard work, my little finger on the left hand is still coloured in all shades of blue and red, but it's done. :-D

And yes, on Monday, I was feeling a bit of DOMS in my shoulders and my lower back and had some nice new bruises to show. It has definitely been a workout!

Well, well, it's been some time (again)... Lots of things happening, time's passing quickly and still, I'm not all too sure what to make of this year up to now. My time as a part-time master's student while working full-time starts to get to an end, only two exams left (in two weeks! ) and the big master's thesis. And it's about time, it definitely stresses me out more and more, I'm like always tired and annoyed by having to do this. On the other hand, I'ver come so far, it would be plain stupid to quit now...

BUT: I haven't been all that lazy regarding my fitness in the last month. And this time, it definitely looks like I'm back in the game. I switched to working out in the morning once more. Although that takes away time for my studies, it helps me stay in the game and keep at least some consistency. So, if nothing unforeseen happens, it will finally be another badge day on Thursday. I'm looking forward to it!!
