Hero's Journey, Day 9: Done on Level 3 (!!!)
Points earned today: +300
Points total: 1550
No, I definitely didn't feel up to 200 jump squats in one set...So I cleared the bridge set after set and despite really getting my heart rate up, it felt good! And as I was in time, I continued until I had finished all 10 sets.
I'm a bit amazed by myself, but quite happy with it.
And because I just saw it: Ironborn looks like fun!

Hero's Journey, Day 10: Done on Level 1 + weapon's practice Hammer
Points earned today: +150
Points total: 1700
No, I still don't like push-ups and I'm still not good at doing them... not to speak of the wide-grip ones. >.< Well, did the workout and the weapon's practice for the hammer. No magic ring today, as I was running out of time this morning.
And that's probably not too bad, as I had a somehow bad night with weird dreams and I have training tonight and don't want to be completely sore beforehand...

Martial arts training has been fun yesterday, but hard, too. Got some nice, shiny new bruises.
Got home, was really tired... did the "Better Sleep" yoga workout, but still couldn't really go to sleep, was lying in bed and just not able to "switch my brain off". Well... I'll survive with the help of some black tea.
Today: Hero's Journey, Day 11: Done on Level 1 - Yes, "Iamgonnadie" was really fitting this morning.
Points earned today: +100
Points total: 1800
Tired and sore, so that has been the only option that looked feasible this morning. Was still a bit of a fight against myself. Karma, 200 skips, to be done throughout the day.

Hero's Journey, Day 12: Done
Points earned today: +100
Points total: 1900
Tired... somehow I have trouble getting to sleep this week. Something that doesn't normally happen to me. It's annoying and it wears me out.But well, the weekend is coming up and at least sunday I'll have time to sleep in.
Day 12 has been nice and relaxing this morning, a good start into the day. Tonight, it's training time again!

It's been a nice streak - 12 days of working out in the morning. But, I broke it on saturday and that on purpose. ;-) Training on friday has been hard and left me tired and bruised (well, more or less like always). As I needed to get up way too early on saturday, I decided on sleeping as long as possible and to leave the workout for another day. And that has been a good decision! Due to all those sleepless nights last week I only dragged along and I needed as much sleep as I could get on the weekend.
So, I slept in until 11 on Sunday and didn't do anything all day long.
That was so good!
And today - well, back to normal, getting up at 5:30 and becoming a hero!
Hero's Journey, Day 13: Done on Level 1 + hammer practice
Points earned today: +150
Points total: 2050
I still suck at push-ups... well, at least a new PR8 in the first set, on my knees, but with good form and nose down on the mat. Yeah...
My shoulder's didn't like today's workout, they feel a bit sore.
Had a peak at tomorrow's workout and I think, I'm looking forward to it. I like those combinations!

Well done @knirin!
Hopefully your sleeping problem wears off soon. For me, I found that it helps to have a regular schedule, regular excercise (excercising in the morning helps make you tired), don't eat (as in a meal, bit of snacks is fine) too close to bedtime or I'll have weird dreams and wake up at three in the morning and most of all not too much or even no coffe during the day, especially later in the day.

BuurmanSven - I hope so, too!But I'm sleeping quite good since the weekend, so I hope I got rid of that problem.
I suspect something like your coffee-problem... I don't drink coffee, but tea, especially blends of green and black tea. ;-) And I suppose that drinking the last cup of that long after 4 pm in the office might have been the reason. I'll test it out in the next days by drinking no tea after 2 pm. I'll report back here.

Hero's Journey, Day 15: Done - 4 sets
Points earned today: +200
Points total: 2450
Jumping lunges, jumping squats and push-ups in one workout?Definitely not my best... Did what I could, although that meant 2 hours no talking as a Karma. Well, no problem, there's nobody else awake when I am finished with my workout and I have a 40-minute commute alone in my car. So - done and finished.
Tonight, martial arts again. Definitely needed as all those bruises are nearly gone.
And with today, one quarter of Hero's Journey is finished!I definitely like the programm, but I sometimes wonder if I am trying to bite off more than I can chew... well, we'll see how it continues - especially with the limited time frame in the mornings. (I already set my eyes on Ironborn and Totals as one of the next programms...
