Hey, Knirin, and thanks Running going well and I decided to start also Total Abs and Super Saiyan 30 -day challenge. ALL my body hurts....but I like it. Feels like I have muscles again. The only problem is my working schedule, as I have night shifts only for the next 2 months.
Have been in the mountains with some friends and was visiting my parents, but I'm proud that I still continued doing Foundation! Today, it's been Day 20, so two thirds are done! Woohoo!
Well... it's been quite on here, sorry. But these are busy times. I spent 6 days in Italy with my motorbike - and yes, I didn't do any additional workouts, after riding my motorbike each day for 300-400 kilometers I definitely had enough of a workout each day!
But I continue Foundation right after gettingback home, today it's been Day 26. Nice to see that it gets "easier"! Well, it's still a bit of a workout, but the reps are much higher than at the beginning. So, according to plan, I'll finish Foundation on Saturday. Already looking forward to the next programm! At the moment, I'm thinking about doing either Hero's Journey or Fighter's Codex... Any other suggestions?
It's done!!
I did Day 30 early this morning, before sitting down the whole day for university stuff.
Now, onwards to conquer the next programme! We'll see how that goes, as I flying off tomorrow morning for some holidays...
Currently enjoying some holidays in sunny Croatia (I'm loving it here!) - but started Hero's Journey as planned. Day 4 has been done today. Couldn't decide on a weapon, so I did the Ribbon and the Ring yesterday. We'll see what the future brings. :-)
Back from holidays... it's sooo cold here! Today has been Day 6 of Hero's Journey. As I had some time, I once more did the Ribbon and the Ring for weapon's practice. I'm going to be sore...
Well, well... life has been busy.
First away and meeting friends and family. That has been fun, but no work-outs. Then I started a new job, then I did something to my knee in martial arts training. Luckily nothing too bad, it feels pretty much normal again. But... started to have a crappy cold on Sunday. Today's more or less the first day I really have the feeling that it will be good again soon.
So... not a lot of work-outs, martial arts or Hero's Journey in the last 2 weeks. I'm on Day 10 now, I think... but probably it's best if I restart it from Day 1 with a bit more continuity. Any opinions?
Thanks Gee, you're confirming my plan of a restart.
Hero's Journey definitely hasn't been easy for me and I never really got into a "flow" - so it will be a restart. Hopefully already tomorrow, but that depends on how fast that stupid cold does finally disappear.
