                Thanks a lot, sleep_twitch, PetiteSheWolf, Redline, Cortis, twinkletoes, TheLibrarian and val.lavigne86!

                I made it into training on Friday. It was a small group, so quite intense, but also a lot of fun. And diverse, too, a bit of fighting practice, training new techniques, teaching others,...
                Did my Combat HIIT workouts, too, on the weekend, but the rest of it wasn't that active... well, except for vacuuming the whole flat, putting new sheets on the bed, getting the washing done, cooking and eating lots of things,...

                Saturday: Combat HIIT Day 18: Done on Level 1
                My arms were still tired from training and as coordination already started to fail me in the third set during the speed-bag punches, I called it a day after Level 1. I definitely don't want to overdo it. Still added the DD afterwards. I don't know why I neglected the DDs for so long, they are fun and challenging and I'm definitely able to do them most of the time!

                Sunday: Combat HIIT Day 19: Done on Level 2
                Had enough time, so I tried for Level 2. Has been really useful as it took me some time to get everything out smoothly, especially in the last combo of knee strikes and palm strikes. The DD made me sweat a lot...

                Today: Combat HIIT Day 20: Done on Level 3
                Once more abs day on Level 3. The combo of scissors and sit-up punches has been interesting and challenging - especially resisting the urge to use the motion from the scissors and move up into the sit-up position... ;-)

                And the best thing about today (despite it being Monday): It's another badge day! I made it through 15 days of excercise without breaking off once again! Now, onwards to the 30-day badge.

                        Today: Combat HIIT Day 21: Done on Level 2

                        I hate hidden burpees!! But it was still a good workout and it really pushed me. I nearly stopped at Level 1, but then I decided that I could definitely get more out of the workout if I push myself at least a bit more and don't stop at the first possibility to do so! Added the DD afterwards, ouch... what a sweaty morning! But all the better, it's windy and rainy and snowy and dark at the same time - and I'm feeling warm and cosy after the workout!

                          Today: Combat HIIT Day 22: Done on Level 1

                          High knees... oh, I don't like them! But another good practice day for kicks. DD is done and dusted, too, but no EC today. Had to stopp on each side with ~20 seconds left due to nearly getting cramps in my thighs. Seems I should do this kind of leg raises more often.
                          Tonight, it's time for training again.

                            Training was fun yesterday. As usual, I'm a bit sore today and have some new bruises... ;-)
                            My biggest problem is that training ends at the time when I usually go to bed. So after showering and driving home, I'm already "late" for bed and most often I need to calm down first before being able to sleep. Well... but quitting training isn't an option either, so I just have to keep going.

                            Today: Combat HIIT Day 23: Done on Level 1

                            Definitely not my best day, I am tired, I am sore... did Level 1 as best as I could, then added some stretching. No DD today.

                              And it's Monday again...

                              Friday: Combat HIIT Day 24: Done on Level 2
                              Nice abs workout once again. After that, I spent the rest of the day travelling by car to and from a meeting of my professional association. That was fun and nice to meet some people. But I really hated the border "controls" they are still running between Austria and Germany (not in the other direction) - it is more of a artificially created traffic jam and not so much a border control. And my back was really not happy with me sitting all day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm...

                              Saturday: Combat HIIT Day 25: Done on Level 2
                              Took me a bit to get the coordination right, but then it was fun. Helped losening all those stiff muscles in my back. Afterwards, my boyfriend and I did the first small tour on our motorbikes for this year and ate icecream! Since then, spring is gone once more, they even predict lots of snow for Tuesday...

                              Sunday: Combat HIIT Day 26: Done on Level 1
                              High knees and speed-bag punches... oh well... Not my most favorite day.

                              Today: Combat HIIT Day 27: Done on Level 1
                              Nice practice!

                              All in all, that leads to:

                              And now, there are only 3 days left of Combat HIIT! I just can't believe how fast time is passing at the moment! I'm not even decided on the next program yet...

                                Great that you enjoyed the weather as well on Saturday! It was lovely, right? I spent all day at Nuremberg Zoo - they have a baby rhinoceros - sooo cute
