Glad to hear that you are feeling better! And congratulations on your restart! and apropos badge day: after 15 days of constant training you recieve the first badge, after 30 days you recieve the badge for 30 days and combat hiit! So, keep going, and us posted! Have fun with Combat HIIT 
and, btw, it doesn´t matter if you are doing a workout on LvL1, 2 or 3 - surly it is a great feeling when you master it on LvL3, but sometimes you don´t have to! Just listen to your body and go as far as you can! The main goal is that you workout, the Level on which you are doing your workout is secondary!
