                    Today: Combat HIIT Day 2: Done on Level 1

                    Push-ups... But hey, I'm getting better! Did the first 10 seconds push-ups of each set as "normal" push-ups and the rest on my knees. My shoulders were fried after the three sets, so I decided against doing more. I want to be able to drive my car to work safely - especially this morning as it's raining and so we have ice everywhere, but mostly next to the roads and on parking spaces.

                              Sorry for just disappearing on you all! Thanks once more for all the encouragements and congratulations!

                              On tuesday, my stomach started hurting as well as my head... well, adding this to a depressive mood since sunday, I decided to "step on the brake" full-force - I skipped everything I was somehow involved in. Well, except work, although that takes up most of my time... But that's not so easy to skip. All in all, last week, I spent my days at work and in the evenings on the couch, together with boyfriend. And honestly, the "bad conscience" for doing nothing only started setting in on the weekend, very quietly.

                              I'm feeling a lot better now, no more pains and especially no more downward-spiralling mood. So, today was a restart:
                              Today: Combat HIIT Day 1: Done on Level 1

                              Although I still did it only on Level 1, I invested a lot more energy than last monday! Really got the technique straight and my pulse up. Now, I need to continue that way - only 30 days until badge day?!

                                BuurmanSven: Yes! During Hero's Journey, I always did them on my knees. We'll see if I can repeat last weeks push-ups tomorrow morning..
