    Neat.

    It wasn't pleasant at all.

    ~DD 2 Minutes Extended Swings +EC
    Another painful one.

    ~DD 60 Seconds O-Pose Hold +EC
    That was pretty easy.

    ~DD 50 Heel Taps +EC

    ~DD 60 Seconds Single Leg Hops on the Spot +EC

          ~Gladiator W6D6
          -Lower Back (no rest)

          I had to restore my lower back after work (digging).

          -Demolition (LVL III, 2min rest)

          My legs said NO today. So I did rather tough upperbody session.

          -Back & Biceps Express

          Because why not?

          It seems it was last Gladiator workout.
          Honestly, I will miss it, it was fun, every week was different, I never felt bored, I could adjust difficulty depending how I felt.
          I definitely enjoyed it.

          So, tomorrow I'll rest and on Wednesday I'll start Avatar Upgrade (I'm a bit afraid of that program), but I'm going to keep Thursday rest.

            I wish you good luck and all the best on Avatar Upgrade - it's a great program (but a tough one), and keeping Thursday as a rest day sounds like a great idea
            And besides that, no one will ever stop you from continueing on your Gladiator-workout-plan after you've finished Avatar Upgrade

              Oh boy, that was tough, I mean really tough. I will be really surprised if I won't be sore tomorrow.
              I'm really satisfied. Nice HARD hour of training.
              I wonder how it'll be later on the program, because from what I saw this was one of the easier (if not easiest) days.

                I... am... sore... super sore.
                Especially shoulders and back, less chest and triceps.
                It's a long time since last time I had sore upperbody (that much)
                It seems this program will be painful (but satisfying and rewarding).

                  -Tempered Steel (LVL II, 2min rest)
                  It wasn't hard... It was super-duper hard.
                  At first I wanted to finish it after 3rd set, but I didn't liked the idea of having only 50 pts. Simple logic: one more set and points are doubled. Easier said than done.
                  It took me over 40 (42 to be exact) minutes to finish. I did lots and lots of short pauses during every set. I haven't not done ANY proper abs workout for a long time. Tomorrow will be very painful day.

                    I'm surprised that I was able to finish it on LVL III, wasn't super hard, but. I guess it'll add more soreness to my already sore body (ouch, my abs).

                      Stretching, rest day.
                      Longest stretching workout EVER! 54 minutes.
                      I feel kinda refreshed, although I'm still sore (abs and legs).

                        -Lights Out (LVL I, 2min rest)
                        It wasn't bad workout and I could do it on LVL II. Unfortunately probably I ate something bad and I don't feel too good. I almost puked few times during workout. In addition my knee refused to work (and started hurt) after first set, but I survived it (it's OK now).

                        I guess I'll make tomorrow rest day (Daily Dares?), because my body isn't really happy about amount of exercising (I mean, it's a lot).

                                Thank you guys. I already feel normal, seems I really have iron stomach.
                                I know that I said I'll rest today, but why make a day off if I can easily tackle some workout.
                                Also frustration is back, so I also wanted to get rid of that anger.

                                ~Avatar Upgrade: Card 6
                                -Titanfall (LVL II, 2min rest)
                                My log app says this workout was in 'Extreme stress' category (over 174 bpm). Don't even ask how I did it on LVL II, because I have no idea. Last combo was 'burpee like', and the hardest part of it was the up and down movement (not push-ups and definitely not punches).
                                Overall it definitely was 'lethal' (and really, really sweaty) workout, but also it was so satisfying to finish.

                                -Gravity + (2min rest)
                                10 bicep curls
                                20 punches
                                10 renegade rows
                                5 sets
                                I didn't know if should I do punches with weight or not, so I did those with my trusty 1.5L water bottles.
