          I was kinda surprised because it was pretty tough. I guess I need to stretch my forearms more often.

            -Heavy Duty (3 sets, 7.5kg, 2min rest)

            I couldn't finish it with this weight.
            I will definitely do it again but with lighter dumbbells.

            -Stealth Master +EC (LVL III, 30sec rest)

            I did it as a punishment for not finishing previous workout, but it was realllllly easy.

            -FitTap (10 taps)
            60sec star plank hold
            80 turning kicks
            10 elbow plank arm raises
            100 punches
            10 side crunch push-ups
            40 crunches
            20 half pistol squats
            60sec raised leg hold
            20 long arm crunches
            60sec plank hold
            Because why not!

            Overall it was good session, maybe except Heavy Duty (I liked it and it was challenging but it would be better if I could finish it).
            First workout from a long time longer than hour (rest between workouts not included)

              Renegade row push ups look tough, I-Matanjah! Three sets is pretty good going, I reckon, and you'll get there soon enough.

                I agree with Colin. And I mean, those are pretty long sets. 20 shoulder presses in a row? 20 hammer curls? Very hard to do with heavy weights.

                  One set took about 10 minutes.
                  Shoulder presses and hammer curls themselves are not too hard, but combos are completely different story.
                  It's hard to control that complex exercise. I didn't know what to focus on more, arms or legs.

                      I don't feel too good (mentally). One of my doggos cut his paw and unfortunately he can't run and play.

                              I was nominated for RWC today, but honestly, I gave up.
                              I don't feel good, I have really sore back, I have problems with sinuses, and on top of that seeing my doggo sad, keeps me in a rather bad mood.
