        I guess I'd also suggest Combat HIIT or Spartan Trials, maybe 30 days of Cardio Blast, it has some fun days, but it all depends on what you want to work.

                So, I've chosen...

                ...Spartan Trails.

                (twinkletoes you've convinced me)
                Starting today. I'll aim for LVL III for all days, but LVL II is also acceptable.
                Unfortunately I don't have wrist/ankle weights, but it should be challenging even without them.

                            Redline you've scared me a little bit.

                            Done today:

                            ~Spartan Trials Day 1: Survival of the fittest (LVL III, 1min rest)
                            Damn! Just a first day and I already think that this isn't Level 3 program. That was tough, especially first 4 sets (interesting, I always have this feeling that beginning of the workout is toughest, and it's get easier with later sets). After 4th set I've set rest timer for 2 minutes, but I've turned it after minute. I was really afraid of squats and jumping squats, but it wasn't that bad. I did 99 push-ups, which I think isn't that good.

                            ~Kicks & Punches Challenge Day 9
                            90 side kicks (in one go)

                            Now its time for food and beer (french this time), and then to bed.

                              happy belated badge day Matan ! Good luck with Spartan trials... I did that program with Redline and MissSmilla a while ago... Unfortunately I was already in the mood of not being "program compliant" and not patient and finished the program after a week (first 5 days kind of normally at level III with 25kg dumbells and 2kg wristweights and then the rest over one weekend on level I because I didn't want to interfere with my boxing training )
                              The program is grand and Redline reaped huge benefits from it (he is kind of the serious, studious scholar that follows the programs... ), so if you can cope with the plan, it can really help you on your journey
