            KYRO That's why I've said that. It's kind of promise to keep me motivated. Id don't want to disappoint you guys.

            The weather yesterday was awful. Really heavy wind.
            And of course power shortage (again)

            Done yesterday:

            ~Athena's Playbook Day 25: Lower Body
            It might look really easy, but it wasn't. I feel it in my inner thighs and glutes.

            ~Kicks & Punches Challenge Day 5
            80 side kicks (in one go)

            It was already pretty late when I started my workout. But I've managed to finish it.

                Thursdays are out main delivery days, so there's a lot of crops picking and preparing packages for clients. I just hate it especially when it's raining heavily.
                Organic/natural/farmer market is on Saturdays every two weeks, and I don't like it either.

                Done today:

                ~Athena's Playbook Day 26: Abs (LVL III)
                It wasn't hard. I still had energy after that, so I did...

                ~Athena's Playbook Day 27: Upper Body (LVL III)
                Easy-peasy (I will regret those words tomorrow)

                ~Kicks & Punches Challenge Day 6

                  What a day. I had a lot work today. I cleaned some logs and branches that have broke during last heavy wind. I've gatered pretty nice amount of wood.
                  I like this kind of work. Only me and my axe, no saws, chainsaws or other stuff.

                  Done today:

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 28: Lower Body (LVL III)
                  My butt will be sore tomorrow.

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 29: Cardio (LVL III)
                  Cardio? Really? I'm a bit disappointed. This program have pretty tough (killer, I would say) cardio days, and now this? Well, I guess it was rest before tommorow's (looking kinda hard) combat workout.

                  ~Kicks & Punches Challenge Day 7
                  150 side kicks (in one go)
                  I had higher HR during this than I had during cardio.

                  I don't know which program choose next. Any suggestions.

                      Matan What kind of training are you looking for, cardio, HIIT, strength,...?

                      I am enjoying myself immensely with Combat HIIT, you could give that a try. Spartan Trials also looks like a program that fits into your other choices.

                              Done today:

                              ~Athena's Playbook Day 30: Combat (LVL III)
                              I'm kinda surprised, because I've really enjoyed it.
                              Overall this program took me 28 days to finish (including my forced rest days) and 7h 50min of workout time.

                              ~Chest & Back Workout

                              Sunday, day of the dumbbell workout.
                              Nice one, not too hard but I felt it.

                              I did over an hour of training today.
                              It was a good day.

                              P.S. I still haven't chosen my next program
