    I think I've lost my motivation (again), I don't have time, the weather is awful, and I'm really afraid of Athena's Playbook Day 24.


    Yesterday I've only played a bit with my doggies.

    I think I'll do rest of this program like it should be done (one workout per day).

      I think there's something in the air - I'm really having to drag myself around to get anything done that past few days. Right now I'm going to drag myself out for a walk before work (and to get some travel points needed for Age of Pandora) before I go to work for an afternoon/evening shift.

      Keep going - playing with doggies and doing one chapter a day is OK. The important thing is to keep going!

        25 burpees a set = 175 if you do it at Level III!

        No shame in being a bit nervous about that, I-Matanjah. Crikey!

        That's a tough day. Looks like the next one is pretty easy though.

          Unfortunately I have no idea when I'll be able to finish Athena's Playbook.

          Because of this awful weather I have a cold, and (I don't know why) I have swollen eyelid. I only hope that isn't a comeback of my allergy.

          I'll count chopping wood as my today's exercise.

          I'll try to do a light workout tomorrow, I hope I'll be in better mood.

                    Playing with doggies and chopping wood should definitely count as exercise! Any physical activity should!

                            Autumn is here, and it's not always easy to deal with changes in temperature. I hope you feel better soon - and don't worry too much about day 24, those days always seem harder before you actually tackle them.

                              I'm still not exercising. Eye is still swollen.
                              I tried but it's too uncomfortable to exercise with this thing.

                              I'm loosing my 60 days badge. "Doggy workout" for 1 or 2 days is OK as exercise, but now I feel like cheater. When I'll be able to exercise again I'll start counting from day 1 again.

                                Join the club! I've just re-claimed my 15 days badge. I'm sorry your eye is giving your problems. Try some of the chair workouts? - at least you'll be doing something - not putting your head down, or jumping around. I did some easy arm/shoulder workouts yesterday.
