    rawcookie so far it's kinda easy, but I know that some days will be just awfully tough.

    Done today:

    ~DD 40 Seconds Push-Up Plank Hold +EC
    My arms were shaking like mad, but I still could hold it a little bit more.

    ~Athena's Playbook Day 5: Cardio (LVL III)
    I thought that it'll be much harder. I've reached sweat zone on the 6th set.

    ~Athena's Playbook Day 6: Yoga
    At the beginning I didn't liked it, but after a while it turned out to be quite pleasant. I think that was the first time I did yoga. Nice. And I was sweating like mad...

      Bleeh, I couldn't do everything I've planned for today.

      Done today:

      ~Athena's Playbook Day 7: Upper Body
      I did it in partial darkness. It's pretty windy today, and we had power shortage.

      If it would be fixed earlier, I would do day 8 too. But I'm too lazy to do it now.

          It was weird. I used muscles that I didn't know exist. Bridges were kinda heavy on hamstrings, and it was longest workout in this program so far.

          This time laziness won. I wasn't in mood to do anything.

              That was tough. 15 mins of HR over 160 (just like running, but less enjoyable.

              ~Athena's Playbook Day 10: Upper Body (LVL III)
              Great cool down workout. Easy and fun.

              Done today:

              ~Athena's Playbook Day 11: Lower Body
              Another step to sexy butt. It was kinda glutes heavy.

              ~Athena's Playbook Day 12: Abs (LVL III)
              First time (since the beginning of this program) I thought that I'll not be able to finish workout on lvl III.

              I have a really dumb plan for yesterday...

                  I had a lot of spare time today, and I've ended doing even more that I've planned yesterday.

                  Done today:

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 13: Cardio (LVL III)
                  It was one of the easier cardio workouts so far.

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 14: Combat (LVL III)
                  I hate combos, especially combos with squats, but it wasn't that bad.
                  It took me a while until I've found a good rhythm.

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 15: Yoga

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 16: Upper Body (LVL III) (30sec rest)
                  Really easy workout, I had to raise intensity by shortening rest times.

                  ~Athena's Playbook Day 17: Lower Body
                  I didn't planned to do this today, but I thought "why not?".

                  I did all that in 3 sessions, and it wasn't really hard.
                  Now I'm going to enjoy my well deserved beer.

                        High knees. Again...

                        ~Athena's Playbook Day 19: Tendon Strength
                        Really hard, because I have sore glutes and inner thighs.

                        ~Athena's Playbook Day 20: Abs
                        I didn't expect it to be tough, but I was wrong. It was kinda hard to keep the plank.

                        Overall I did more than I thought I'll do. That's good.
