    What a (awful) day.
I'm in really bad mood today. I couldn't find anything that make me feel better (everything that I usually enjoy, was boring and, well, unsatisfying). And if that wasn't enough I have some stomach problems.

    Done today:

    ~8 weeks to 5k Day 41
    20x3 squats
    20x3 calf raises

    ~DD 30 Air Circles +EC

~30 Days of Strength Day 21: Legs
Level 0? I couldn't do this, I gave up in the middle of first set. Pain was too strong.

It would be better if this day didn't exist.

    Good night/day bees!

Academic year is a very good excuse for everything.

Well, it seems I've already lost my motivation to exercise.

Why? Motivation doesn't disappear just like that...

In order to lose my motivation to do some things I need not to do them for 1 day. My motivation to everyday exercising was not to break a streak. I don't know why, but my mind doesn't understand what a 'habit' means. So it doesn't matter how long I exercised, 1 day of rest is enough to stop exercising for a long period of time.

Well, I didn't stop completely, as you can see my badge, but it's very hard to do workouts for 15 minutes a day now.

Nielsen Half the challenge of working out is figuring 1. how to make time 2. how to get the best workout in the little time you have. I know you don't have time to do an entire program in one day right now, but there might be a way you can fit in something small, but intense?

For me, the workouts are like chocolate or going to the spa. They're how I throw a middle finger to the world and take care of myself in spite of it all. I don't know if this will help you. Maybe you have another way of taking care of yourself instead. Good luck with your studies!

I-Matanjah sorry to hijack the thread. Good luck with your workouts, and may you stay injury-free.

Joomju Well, I think it's possible to find at least 15 minutes a day for exercising, but the problem is I don't want to exercise.

Although, I like your way of looking at working out!

                        Thank you for your advice!

Nielsen I understand how 1 rest day can change thinking (rest days are so pleasant).
But even 15 min of walking counts as exercise.
I'm sure that soon you'll be missing your crazy workouts.
                          Stay strong and good luck!

Joomju it's okay, and thank you.

Yesterday I had really bad day (I should already used to this). Well, physically I felt really good, but mentally I felt like crap. I was mad at everything, at whole world (like a f*****g teenager, or something). I had a feeling that I'll not be able to do what I've planned.

                              Done Yesterday:

                              ~8 weeks to 5k Day 42
                              25min run
                              in one go, non-stop
00:25:14, 4.36km, 5'47"min/km, HR ??? (after last update my band gone crazy)
I started my run pretty late, without any preparation (except clothes change). I wasn't in mood for any exercise, especially for running. Honestly, I've forced myself to do it, and it was best decision today. After 5 minutes I already felt better, after 10 I felt good, after 15 I felt awesome, speeding up and enjoying my 'reset'. Running is an awesome thing. It's like meditation an hard workout in one.

                              I've started to enjoy stretching.

It was hard, but it was kinda enjoyable.

                              I didn't do my 1000 Push-Ups Challenge yesterday. I'll do it today.

                              Good night/day bees!
