    I'm dumb!
    My last run was great, but I definitely pushed too hard.
    Yesterday I could barely walk, I've strained my hip muscles.
    I did some really light stretchng yesterday and "Doggy Workout" (really light)
    Today morning I could at least walk normally. I've tried to be active (best rest is active rest), and it seems like I'm 90% recovered now.

    Done today:

    ~Daily Fix Workout


    ~Part 2 Workout


    Maybe I'll be able to run tomorrow. We'll see.

        I'll maybe go running today, but it all depends on pain. I'm thinking about really light run (150 SPM max). So far I'm feeling really good.

            Slow and easy. It was really hard for me to run slow.

            1:45min plank

            So far I don't feel any pain. Hope it'll stay like this.

                  Yesterday wasn't a good day for me. Well, I've f****d up everything. I was mad at myself
                  (and I'm still mad).

                  Done yesterday:

                  ~30 Days of Strength Day 19: Chest & Triceps
                  I did it on LVL III, because I was really angry. I should be angry more often.

                  ~8 weeks to 5k Day 37
                  20x3 squats
                  20x3 calf raises

                  I think like I should say something more.
                  But I'd better not release my anger here.

                    Well, if you still took the time to work out, you didn't f*ck up everything. I do hope that whatever's been making you angry will be resolved in a satisfactory way, though. >|<

                              I'm still mad at myself. This time I'm going to learn from my mistake.
                              I usually want to forget everything. Not this time. I want to remember every second of last two weeks (my terrible mistake too).
                              This were two great weeks...

                              I hate this kind of workouts, but that was surprisingly easy.

                              ~Flamethrower Workout (LVL I)
                              I'm not pleased with my performance. I could do this on LVL II at least.

                              Oh... I almost forgot...
                              60 days of exercising in a row.
