    I did only lvl I because I was a bit tired after farm work.

      15 min run in-one-go
      First "real" running day.
      It was good performance (not perfect, but good), The trick with landing more flat, works pretty well. No pain in the calves and only slight in left knee (I pushed harder at the end, so it isn't a surprise).

      00:15:06, 2.44km, 06'10"min/km, 154 BPM

      This time GPS didn't gone crazy. So, data is more reliable.

      Overall it was a good day.
      Right now I'm going to enjoy my beer, a well deserved reward.

            When I have to walk at the end of my run, I try to do some kind of power walk thing with my leg extended and my toes pointed up. it helps stretch my calves.

            If you find something really good for your ankle/knees, let us know! I'm currently doing some stretches and foam rolling, but I'm always looking out for something new.

              Joomju For me it's mostly feet positioning (and not pushing too much). But if I'll find some interesting info I'll let you know.

              Slow and easy. More for enjoyment and moment of meditation. I was really focused on my form, I'm slowly getting it.

                3 sets
                (00:23:40, 3.62km 06'31"min/km, HR 163 BPM)
                I know it wasn't smart', but I had to try. 180 SPM (usually it's ~140-145).
                It was tough, really tough. HR 11mins in VO2 range (174-194). Max 191. My cardiovascular system had really hard task today. I'm not going to push that hard in any near future. I'll keep it in 160 SPM range for now. I want to finish this program and do 5k.

                Yesterday I f****d up. So I had to do this today.

                ~1000 Push-Ups Challenge Day 17
                70 push-ups (10-10-25-25) throughout the day.

                Overall it was a great day. I haven't been in such a great mood for a really long time.

                    Yeah PetiteSheWolf today is also really good.

                    I know I should do 30 DoS Day 17 and 8 weeks to 5k Day 32 but, when I thought about doing squats my legs were sending signal to the brain "NO SQUATS".
                    So I decided to do:

                    ~Arm Shred Workout

                    Ahh... Good old Strength Protocol times, it was so good to pick up some steel again. It pushed me, and I feel pretty pumped.

                    Now I'm going to rest my knee, because I felt sharp pain over my kneecap today, like someone would jab me with needle, it was short (10, maybe 15 minutes), but better be safe than sorry.

                        00:21:12, 3.19km, 06'37", 159 BPM
                        It turned out that all the time I was running with ~160 SPM, but not that smooth.
                        At the beginning of my run I felt knee pain again (maybe for first 3-4 minutes), its funny because when I've finished my run knee didn't hurt at all. Seems like I'm mastering the technique.

                        As a bonus I did ~16min meditation.

                        It was good day until my parents f****d it up.
                        But, I don't care... I'll be positive anyway.
