          Done today:

          ~8 weeks to 5k Day 22
          5min run
          2min walk
          2 sets
          (00:14:16, 2.00km, 7'06"min/km)
I pushed a little bit more today, and I hope I won't be sorry tomorrow. My calf hurt pretty bad. I'll try to massage it and it should be alright.

          Good night/day bees!

Great speed, hope your calf is better today! Btw, do you do the post-run stretch that is in the running section? It helped me prevent cramps in my right leg, personally.

Thanks PetiteSheWolf It's still hurts a bit, but I'm pretty sure that I'll go running tomorrow.

Well... Yesterday weather didn't let me to go running.
It was raining like mad (which is pretty good for the plants).

Overall I ended up with playing with doggies instead of workout.
I don't like days like this: lazy and unproductive.

I hope today weather will be good and I'll find time for running.

Can we see the doggies sometime, maybe? (or maybe you already posted pictures and I missed them)

Fingers crossed for favorable weather conditions!

Playing with doggies can perhaps be counted as exercise? I also second Ann-Core and think that it would be beneficial to see some canine cuteness

Taking a rest from running etc was probably wise, rather than 'lazy' - I really don't think you are lazy!

                      Self-care is important. xxx

rawcookie I think I had enough rest, I don't like when something (or someone) screwing up my plan.
Ann-Core Sini I'll post some pictures tomorrow (I promise)

Unfortunately today was another f****d up day.
Everything and everyone annoys me (or even driving me mad).

                        Done today:

                        ~8 weeks to 5k Day 24
                        5min run
                        2min walk
                        3 sets
                        (00:21:11, 2.95km, 07'10"min/km)
It was a first time that I didn't enjoyed my run. Maybe because I was already pissed.
Awful weather. Sky was overcast, light wind, but it was extremely humid and hot.
One good thing is that nothing hurt me (which is kinda surprising).

Tomorrow is a organic market (again). I don't really want to go there. All that forced smiling and annoying clients. And obligatory headache (after few hours in the city)

                        Good night/day bees!

Ummm... don't beat me... I know unsolicited advice can be annoying, too

But since you have been dealing with low mood for quite some time, have you considered getting a check up? I mean some blood tests done etc. Sometimes micro nutrients deficiencies can give such symptoms.
I have been more irritable lately and in my case it was fatigue and low magnesium.

But for many people it is for instance low vitamin D that can result in lower mood, depression, irritability, etc. and vitamin D deficiency is very common these days (yes, even in summer time).

Of course, things that annoy you can still be valid, don't get me wrong. It's just that with improved, more stable mood you'll be able to better cope with them or with troublesome people.

*unsolicited advice mode off, please put away that katana, chainsaw, baseball bat and other torture tools, I am just a friendly bee, and bees' buzzing is not annoying, right?

Anyway, as always feel free to ignore me if you think I miss the point completely.

I hope you'll feel better soon

inbetween I like buzzin', so don't be afraid. Any kind of advice is highly appreciated. Well, I avoid contacts with any kind of healthcare, especially doctors.
Sometimes I just have mood like this...

Today, as I mentioned yesterday, I have an awful headache. I think I'm allergic to cities.
Sales on organic market were pretty good today.
But there's one thing that really bother me more than headache. I reminded myself about a person that I really don't want to remember.
S**t! It's almost 10 years now, and i still can't forget... I'll try to forgot with BEER!

                            But let's talk about fitness.
I did only "doggy workout" today.
                            I don't "feel" it today...

Hopefully tomorrow is also a day, I hope running day...

Oh, and here are the photos (as promised). You can see that Luna is changing hair color a bit on the sides of her neck.

                            Good night/day bees!

                              Done today:

                              8 weeks to 5k Day 26
                              5min run
                              1min walk
                              3 sets
                              (00:18:11, 2.90km, 06'15"min/km)
I'm still learning my running technique, but I've noticed that I shouldn't land on outer side of my feet, it puts too much pressure to my knees, and that's why they hurt. I'm trying to land more "flat". I've noticed that this way not only i don't feel no pain in knee but also no pain in calves (at least less pain than usual).

I did a bit of weeding of cherry tomatoes today. Now they start to look decent, hopefully tomorrow we'll finish it and move on to other stuff.

                              Good night/day bees!

I'm glad to hear that you're discovering how to adapt your running style to suit your body. As well as Darebee, I also like an on-line running coach called Kyle Kranz - he has some useful free resources and is very down-to-earth - I think you might like him. Find him on his own website, or on YouTube if you're interested.
