    Louve rose But I didn't enjoyed it at all.

    Done yesterday:

    ~1000 Push-Ups Challenge Day 11
    Push-ups (22-20-13)

    ~8 weeks to 5k Day 20
    30 squats
    30 calf raises

    ~30 Days of Strength Day 12 : Tendon Strength
    How I hate this kind of exercises.

    Again, I felt pretty bad yesterday.

    I don't what to do today. Should I go running or should I do 30 days f strength leg workout.
    I have a problem with my left thigh. It hurts on inner side about two inches above knee.

          When I look at all the Programs you have completed, I feel sure that you know how much exercise you should or should not do.......... respect your legs, and do the exercise that feels most beneficial. Maybe you overdid it when you did two runs on one day (on 14th July?). I think you mentioned before that your mood tends to be affected by the environmental conditions - and then there's the stuff with your brother etc.............. do what feels right. It's OK to take a lighter day and do something easy to give yourself a break.

            I-Matanjah running is taxing on legs. Stretching and auto-massage could help you. Also, watch your form when you are running, it is very important.

                  I'm good, well, sort of.
                  Still trying to recover my knees and shoulder.
                  Seems like my body turned against me.

                  Sorry for not updating.
                  I didn't wanted to write all that negative thoughts.

                  My workouts were quite boring.
                  I just did minimum to keep my streak alive, mostly Knee Workout or playing with doggies as a workout (quite exhausting workout).

                  I hope that soon I'll be back with daily posts.

                          nice to hear from you - I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with your shoulder and knees - do what you can. I have to be really careful not to overdo my running otherwise my foot gets too painful to run. I've been working on trying to release a sore neck for the past week................ there's always something! We're always here. I hope you have a good Sunday too.
