    Mr. Octopus I think it's one of many causes.
    It's quite funny because it hurts (really light right now) only when I have bent knee (e.g. sitting).

    Done today:

    ~8 weeks to 5k Day 12
    3 min run
    1 min walk
    3 sets
    (00:12:18, 1.77km, 6'54"min/km)
    This was my first morning run ever. A little slower (as I wanted).
    But something wasn't right (I didn't enjoyed it that much, I guess I prefer afternoon runs)

    ~1000 Push-ups Challenge Day 7
    Push-ups (31-14)
    Each time is better.

      ~30 Days of Strength Day 9: Legs
      LVL I, 1 min rest.
      I'm surprised, because it was pretty tough.

      ~Knee Saver Workout


      I did that instead of squats & calf raises from 8 weeks to 5k. I don't want to push my legs too much.
      Overall it's short, but effective workout. Right after finishing it I felt my knees were much more stabile.
      I'll keep doing it on my non-running days.

      I hope I'll find time (and weather let me) to run today. Well, if not, I'll do it tomorrow.

          I'm a bit late but everyone runs on different times when it feels the best for them.
          I've already tried afternoon/early evening runs but I didn't really enjoy any of them for a lot of reasons. I'm never going to try morning runs because I'm always too lazy to wake up earlier to do them so I'm sticking with late evening runs (around sunset or even after it), I feel myself the best when I go running past 8pm and now, during my summer vacation, even past 10pm

            Vliegendegieter wow, you're running pretty late. I guess you're running in more "civilized" area (I mean lampposts). I run on country roads, so the best time is somewhere between 6 and 8 pm.

            I f****d up today! I should go for a run. Well... I'll go tomorrow, I'll just swap days 15 &16.

              Yes, I run on roads, but the problem is that I'm living in a small village so all the streetlights outside the centre/important roads go out at 11pm. I've been there a few times and it does feel good but it also makes it more dangerous for me. I also want to go running in the forest nearby my house but there are no streetlights there at all so I'll have to learn myself to go running earlier like around 8-9pm like I used to do a while ago.

                  I decided to run just before lunch (2:30 pm). It wasn't bad, as I mentioned (or not?) in other post that I like to exercise in high temperatures, because it seems easier to me.

                  My brother made a scene (again) today. Nobody knows why... Sometimes think he want to intimidate us, when something don't match to his plan (which is mostly drinking beer). Maybe I'm overreacting, but this isn't normal (yelling on everyone)

                        I know it is a bit late I-Matanjah - but some time ago you wrote
                        "I'm quite surprised, because I really enjoy running. I visit places I haven't seen for years."
                        This made me think of this quote from J.R.R.Tolkien
                        "It’s a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don’t keep your feet, there’s no telling where you might be swept off to. "
                        I love running for this reason You never know where it takes you and what's around the next bend in the road...

                          It was so tempting, that I couldn't resist.

                          The story behind this crazyness is that.
                          Yesterday we (me and my brother) had to go and pick up my car from car repair shop.
                          But, then suddenly turned out that last money transfer didn't came yet and we left without cash. We had to go back on foot.
                          For me choice was simple...
