    No workout for yesterday.
    I was playing with doggies instead.

    Done today:

    ~1000 Push-Ups Challenge
    (26-9)

    ~8 weeks to 5k

    I had lots of work today, tomorrow will be the same.

      Playing with doggies - lucky you And lucky them - good for letting their energy out, good for socializing , good for bonding. And good work on the 8 weeks to 5 K! Onwards and forwards, friend newbie runner!

          I'm quite surprised, because I really enjoy running. I visit places I haven't seen for years.
          BTW I found great site for planning routes plotaroute.com definitely worth trying.

                Beast mode!
                I had to relieve my anger.
                My family is just f****d up.

                Done today:

                ~8 weeks to 5k Day 9
                20 Squats
                20 Calf Raises

                ~30 Days of Strength Day 7: Chest & Triceps
                LVL II (5 sets, 1 min rest +15 push-ups from 6th set)
                I'm not satisfied with my performance. I thought that I'll do all 7 sets.
                But unfortunately after 3rd set my right wrist and elbow started to hurt.
                Anyway 165 Push-ups is a decent result.

                      He's the worst when he's drunk (and he's drunk quite often), but I don't want to talk about it.

                      How I love to watch those beautiful landscapes. Maybe next time I'll take some (breathtaking) pictures.

                      I guess I've reached my maximum for this exercise. From now on I'll be doing it in sets.

                      Now I'm gonna enjoy my good mood (weird ), and my beer.

                          My knees hurt a little. I hope tomorrow will be ok.
                          I want to slow down a bit anyway.
