                        HI Matan I came across your thread and saw you did Spartan Trials. That is what I am doing now (day 22 completed) and was considering doing it again as soon as I hit Day 30 (I am training for a half-marathon too), but figured you would be a good person to seek out advice from. Any feedback with a reason would be greatly appreciated.

                          cjohnson.usmc I'm flattered that you ask me for advice. I'd suggest you trying some other programs, because they might fit your goals more. If you have access to dumbbells I highly recommend you try IRONBORN (my personal favorite), if not, there is 30 Days of Strength and 30 Days of Gravity.
