                                Centenarian Workout [LVL I, EC, no rest]

                                I was making my new training plan (based on DAREBEE Knight Plan).

                                I had everything prepared, workout selected etc...
                                Then the mood change came. I lost all desire to exercise and all will to do anything other than lying on the floor and staring blankly at the ceiling.

                                This definitely isn’t a good day...
