        Age of Pandora Chapter 44 [LVL I]
        I did knee push-ups, because there's no way I would do as many standard ones.

        Everyday Yoga Workout

        Sore Feet Extended Workout
        I added some holds and stretches to this workout.
        Normal Sore Feet workout +

        20s calf raise hold
        20s toe curls hold
        20s side tilts hold

        3 sets of
        20s deep squat stretch
        20s seiza inspired sit stretch (I have no idea how to call it)

        20s calf raise hold
        20s toe curls hold
        20s side tilts hold

        Overall it was a pretty enjoyable 35min midday training session.
