          Thank you all for the healing vibes.
          I feel much better already (I told you it'll go away).
          It's still not perfect and I wouldn't put any load on this arm, but at least I'm a (kind of) human being again and not a trembling ball of pain.

          I did planned some light stretching for today, but of course I was too lazy to do it.

            I'm (kinda) back. My left shoulder doesn't hurt anymore, but my right bother me a bit.

            Done today:

            Upperbody Mobility Workout
            It was really challenging.
            My upperbody is extremely stiff. I guess from now on I should do it at least once a week.

            Top to Bottom Workout

            No Sugar Challenge Day 40

              I haven't done anything last couple of days (shoulder again). I'm sick, everything hurts and I'm not in mood to do anything at all.

              Done today:

              Pull-Ups Test Day
              one set AMRAP: 4 reps
              You may ask "why only four reps". Well I decided to fix my form a little bit and slow things down (literally).

              Recently my body took quite a pounding, farm work, workouts (40-45 min a day). I guess I need to change few things in my workout schedule.

                          I had to disappear because I'm angry, annoyed and in overall bad mental and physical condition. In that state I tend to offend people and I'm usually really mean.
                          Most of my joints hurt due to high humidity (it's raining like crazy almost everyday).
                          My family doesn't help either, quite the opposite.

                          I don't even know how to finish this post (and it annoys me)...
