    Matan - I have been working in our garden for the last few days digging, cleaning etc. I barely have energy left for my challenges in the evening. I find it impressive how you have the energy to work on your farm and at the same time do your training sessions It's inspirational...

        l decided to do IRONBORN once again, unfortunately with the same weight as last time.

        Physically I feel quite good, but mental condition is a completely different story. Everything seems extremely annoying to me, even things I usually like.

                  Also, Matan, if you don't want to feel like you're plateauing while repeating Ironborn, even if you're using the same weights, you could definitely focus on things like form, range of movement, control in execution... they should make your training sessions both harder and more enjoyable.

                    I second Redline at this point regarding IronBorn - great things to play with when doing IronBorn(form, range of motion, (time)control, etc.) - or you could just do some other exercises still focusing on the same muscle groups - because there are many adaptions to the exercises which make IronBorn a real treasure trove - and believe me Matan I know whereof I speak - don´t know how many times I did it know in a row ... Nonetheless, keep up your awesome work

                      Redline TheLibrarian I do all that stuff you guys suggested. I do everything (well, maybe not everything, but a lot) possible to make it harder.
                      I'll risk saying that TheLibrarian is already a IRONBORN veteran.

                      Unfortunately not in one go, I was way too tired after work.

                      IRONBORN Day 3: Leg Day
                      Even without any shenanigans it was tough, but of course I had to make it harder anyway.
                      Maybe it's a bit weird but I really missed a proper leg day (and DOMS afterwards) .

                      It's quite possible that tomorrow I'll have some problems with walking. Proper leg workout and almost 20k steps means that tomorrow will be "pleasant".

                        Today I feel really tired, maybe I haven't used to super duper high temperature (as for april). Today was 25 C, and tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter.

                            It went surprisingly well.

                            IRONBORN Day 6: Back & Biceps
                            My "additional weight" broke off during farmer walks, so I grabbed my dumbbells in most inconvenient way (three fingers) and did all the steps in one set. At least I worked my forearms a bit.

                            I ate one cookie today (Oreo like one /w salted caramel). It was nasty, and I didn't enjoyed it at all...

                              Easier than last one, but my legs (calves especially) were still a little bit sore (I recover really slowly)
