      Yoga doesn't necessarily = holding a position. In flow styles of yoga you often move from pose to pose quite quickly.

        Maybe you can use it next time you're having troubles sleeping .

            Done yesterday:

            Push-Ups 16-14-13-13-11 (120sec rest)
            I just couldn't force myself to do any more than that.
            It wasn't a good day for exercising.

            Done today:

            Ring Pull-Ups 4-3-3-3-2 (60sec rest)
            It was genuinely unpleasant. I really lack strength today.

            Combat HIIT Day 20: Ab Work (LVL III, 60sec rest)
            This was pretty easy as for an ab workout.

            Back Pain Relief (yoga)

            Today I had to refuse to work on farm, my body have enough...
            Hopefully tomorrow will be a brighter day for me.

                    That's a lot of push ups and pull ups... maybe it's below what you're used to but it's a lot. You probably just needed a rest. Rest today

                        -Hell no!
                        -Does it feel amazing after finishing it?
                        -I'm mega tired, I'm all in pain, again I almost puked, but I feel extremely satisfied.

                            KYRO In the morning I felt amazing, but as the day passed by (farm work) I felt worse and worse. Now my legs are killing me (I walk like a duck, or zombie).
                            I officially take a rest for the whole weekend (I might do some light stretching or some mobility exercises).
