    Done today:

    Ring Pull-Ups 4-3-3-3-2 (90sec rest)
It felt pretty nice actually. Now I'm starting to see some progress.

    Fighter's Warmup

Combat HIIT Day 17: Practice (LVL III, 60sec rest)
My body don't like hook kicks, especially hips (damn, I really lack flexibility).

    Good night/day bees!

      Done today:

      Push-Ups 14-13-11-11-9 (90sec rest)

      Fighter's Warmup

Combat HIIT Day 18: Speed Work (LVL III, 60sec rest)
Guess what! It's getting hard, and this was the toughest workout so far.
It was kinda "crossfit-ish", by this I mean I wanted to puke afterwards.
Did I mentioned that I truly hate jump knee tucks and today I did around 90 of them.

      Good night/day bees!

Like for the exercise, but exercising so much you wanna puke is not a good thing, IMO (and even in my not humble opinion, in that case - for me it really means you push yourself too much too fast).. Hope you're good.

                  Back Pain Relief (yoga)
Farm work puts a lot of pressure on my lower back. Hopefully this workout will ease my my pain a little.

As someone who have had problems with lower back (and still has to some extent), I recommend these two:

KYRO I did lower back work out many times and I know it's working really well.
I need to try man down (looks good).
Have you tried this one I did yesterday? It's really nice too.

Nah, I don't like yoga workouts. They seem too boring

                        Although I might try it...

For me it was more hard than boring.

Depends on your level. I thought yoga was boring until I tried it. It's awesome. Especially awesome if you need to improve fighting skills.

Had to laugh at this since both of the workouts you posted are comprised of yoga asanas.

Oh, I'm well aware of that. I just prefer the do+repeat motions of a workout, not holding a position, like in yoga ones
