We have -25C here, our crop farmers are all still in Florida. The dairy and chicken farmers never left, of course.

I really enjoyed Combat HIIT, I hope it continues to bring you peace and mindfulness. Great job on the workouts, and best of luck with planting!

      Thank you very much Joomju
I wish I could go on vacation during winter... Well maybe someday...

Sending you warmth and love! Spring (hopefully) is right around the corner.

My body is against me... Again...
        I'm not feeling too good.

        Done today:

        50 Push-Ups Challenge Day 24

Combat HIIT Day 6: Power HIIT (LVL III, 60sec rest)
        Hidden... burpees...
One of the toughest so far, luckily it was short.

It'd be easier (and much faster) to point out what doesn't hurt me. I hope tomorrow will be much better (and I won't have to take a break).

        Good night/day bees!

well i guess if it is radishes, you might be able to plant in June and harvest in July.

all of the veggies you mentioned are harvested from the root up. does that mean you can plant lettuce? and then 2-3 months later, after it is harvested, plant radishes in that spot? or would the lettuce sort of replant itself and so you just keep harvesting lettuce? do you do any sort of crop rotation? or is that not necessary with the plants you work with?

when they say that some veggies are fall crops are those things with a longer growing season? or does that just mean they grow better with autumn type weather? or maybe it is a bit of both.

thank you, Matan for the work you do. i have 1 house plant that is too stubborn to die but other than that plant, the only thing i can successfully nurture from the ground is those tiny little bugs that prove i've over-watered my plant. my daughter asked what all was in my salad and i listed what i'd added and she said 11 things. there was cheese and an egg but everything else at some point had a root. you may not have personally tended the lettuce in my salad, but thank you none the less.

We do crop rotation up to 3 times per season (but mostly 2) so, effectively we can double (or triple) the production on our field, and lower the amount of work needed to prepare soil.

Lettuces unfortunately don't regrow. But some plants (like chard or chive) do regrow. It all needs lots of careful planning.

Well, it depends. Some plants won't grow as they supposed to when it's too hot, others need that heat to mature and some just need a bit more time.

            Thank you for your appreciation.

                  Done today:

                  Ring Pull-Ups 3-2-2-2-2 (60sec rest)

                  50 Push-Ups Challenge Day 25
My body says it's a good idea to take 1-2 days of rest.

Combat HIIT Day 7: Practice (LVL III, 60sec rest)
Again kinda boring one. Luckily it felt like 10, not 30 min workout.

I'm super tired. I feel like taking 1 or 2 full rest days wouldn't be such a dumb idea.

                  Good night/day bees!

I'm back (well, kind of), I still feel weird.
Honestly these few rest days gave me absolutely nothing. It still hurts where it was, ribcage, right calf, back, at least I don't have headache.
But I am really active lately (watch shows way more than 10k steps), weather allows for at least few hours of farm work everyday.

                      Done today:

                      Everyday Yoga Workout

                      Good night/day bees!

Yoga is awesome, most of it is too hard for me (maybe I should take an actual class to see how to do it properly). Hang in there

Louve rose First, I'm really sorry for late reply.
It's not as nice as it could be, but it isn't extremely bad

I haven't train at all lately. I wanted to sort out some things (which I miserably failed to do). I have difficulties to put together work and workouts. I feel like I can do only one or another
On top of that is some stress and pain of various parts of my body. I Constantly feel like my muscles don't recover.

I would love to (try) to do something today. But I don't want to strain myself too much.

Matan , did you do a blood test ? Sometimes muscles pain is only lack of something easy to correct.
                              I hope you'll feel better soon !

Heyho Matan , consider overtraining as a cause of your persistent pain. Maybe you did too much? No motivation for training, depression, immunosuppression are all symptoms of overtraining. I've been there ... it's ugly ... be nice to yourself :-)
                                cheers, Martikkk
