    Done today:

    Ring Pull-Ups 2-2-2-2-2 (90sec rest)

    50 Push-Ups Challenge Day 21

Combat HIIT Day 3: Practice (LVL III, 60sec rest)
Another one harder than it looks. My arms really hurt right now. I'm not used to all that punches and stuff.

    Good night/day bees!

I think that is one of the programmes that has a tough day somewhere too, Matan! (Not that I can remember which it is!)

Punches are great! More punches! Because punches!

Colin I guess for me all the days with "hidden burpees" will be "deadly".

        Done today:

        50 Push-Ups Challenge Day 22

Combat HIIT Day 4: Practice (LVL III, 60sec rest)
One word... Unpleasant, but that way I know it works, right?

Today is another "Official Measurements Day" (like every 2 weeks).
I'm shocked, I gained a lot in my chest and I lost tiny bit in waist but my weight is exactly the same as the last time.

I'll say that last two weeks were a success. It's still a lot to work on, but at least I'm on the right track (again, YEAH).

        Good night/day bees!

I would love to join that dance party, but I'm just a little bit too tired.

                      Done today:

                      Ring Pull-Ups 3-2-2-2-2 (120sec rest)

                      50 Push-Ups Challenge Day 23

Combat HIIT Day 5: Speed Work (LVL III, 60sec rest)
Honestly it was kinda boring. 34 minutes of doing the same again, and again, and again...

I'm dead. Beginning of farming season is always so physically challenging.

                      Good night/day bees!

Matan , I did Combat HIIT and yes, I found it really boring (but maybe it is a way to enhance our skills in mindfulness meditation )

We are all different, aren't we! I quite enjoy repetitious stuff!

Colin Although it was pretty repetitive it was nice to see how my kicking form improved with each set as I was more stretched and warmed up.

daejamurrachan I should call it more a preseason. We already have pretty enjoyable (as for February) temperatures around 5-10 C (41-50 F), so it's already possible to prepare soil and do some cleaning after last season. For me it's tempting to take jacket or warm hat off, but I really don't want to get sick (as I say "it's better to overheat a little bit than get cold").
Carrots can grow up to 6 months (or even longer), lettuce needs two, but radishes can grow in only one month (or even faster).
