        Combat Hiit was the first programme I did at Darebee and it's great fun. I think I chose it because of the video guides.

                    Done yesterday:

                    50 Push-Ups Challenge Day 18

                    Beginner Circuit +EC (LVL III, 30sec rest)
                    It wasn't hard at all, but I did sweat a little bit.

                    Honestly, it wasn't a good day to start a new program.
                    All those weather changes really affect me (in a bad way).

                    I still managed to do something, despite all that pain and discomfort. So, this day wasn't that bad overall.

                                It was harder than expected. My arms were still tired from day before (punches).
